Apts trash review: Repeated locations trash picker 2

Man seen collecting trash out of apartment dumpster, lives on cherry street in the same building as flashbacks tattoos old location now called healing hands, appears to be in 50's or 60's, i live at 4th street apartments on cherry street two blocks away, this same mas was seen going through the dumpsters at sunbrooke apartments when i lived there from 2001 to 2002, he had an apartment there while i lived there with my fiancee, 14 years later this same man is collecting trash out of the dumpster that i use, this man could be the same man as a man with used supply boating store from 80's and early 1990's in florida when i used to live there as a kid. 3 locations known from, i have had no conversation with this person, but if he follows my next move then i will confront., also ex boss of courtland ridge apartments, i was maintenance worker there, son, who moved into a rental house two houses away from this apartment has not been seen for about a year. now my memory serves me that my exwife once knew people who still live here from back in 2002 and her mother;s cleaning busness might be the same as one rental home researched that it 4 houses away on cross street a few hundred yards away. i remember exwife driving by this location and mentioning something sbout these apartments one year when seeing fireworks here in troy, i didnot realize that i was renting at this same location till after 2 years of living here, i believe the apartments were under different ownership then. that would explain exwifes mothers vehicle being at laundry mat here in town. exwifes mother lives somewhere out in washington union, area although. my mistake to move into an apartment that has been around exwife previous location before i met her, (divorced in 2006). i moved here 2012. thou i noticed both that house cleaning house location was vacant at time i moved in and ex boss son didn;t move here till 2013.
