I thought my family and I were making a great move by purchasing into Anago not true. This is the worst experience I have ever gone throug they promise cleaning contracts never fulfill their mission. We invested $9, 000 into this company guess how many contracts we recieved 2 that's right. Guess how much a total of 1300.00. Please do not invest with Anago please pass the word they are a noncompliant company here in atlanta GA their out to take your money.

Anago of Eastern Ohio Ken Speece is a smooth talking piece of [censored]. He will say anything to get you to take a contract and if you are for some reason not able to fulfill the contract and give it back, he will charge you what they call remaining c-fees. He will then sell it to the next person. For example you buy a contract from him and they charge 3.5 times the amount the contract pays, that is called a c-fee. A $500 account will cost you $1, 925. If you can't pay for it up front he will give you a payment plan which is called c-fees, if for some reason you are unable to maintain the contract and want to give it back, they will charge you the rest of the money owed and sell it to the next person. If you make $900 a month cleaning he will take all of your money and you end up working for $0, basically slave labor. He gives out advances at his discretion, so if he is mad at you he will not work with you. There always seem to be a problem with receiving your pay when you don't owe them anything. I was once told by Ken and his staff that a certain company only pays every four months and it is only for one month pay. I didn't receive a payment from this company in 3 months, I finally went straight to the company and they told me they paid him. When I brought this to Ken's attention he stuttered and couldn't give me a coherent answer. The next pay period I received my money they said they didn't get and have been receiving it consistently since. They hold on to money and don't keep it real.
Your first year franchising will be a good experience, after that it's all downhill. You have to stay on top of them. This is not a good opportunity for anyone. Stay away from Anago all together.

anago of south florida don't invest your money there, you will be a slave, you will get your 1st check 4 months after you started cleaning and when you get the check you will be broke, the check will be very small, they take more than half, c fees, royalty, management, down payment, franchise fee...they will leave a hold in your pocket

Do not ever invest with Anago. I have had the misfortune to deal with Cleveland and Columbus they are not run professionally. They behave as if your check is theirs to dish out when they feel like it. They keep monies that are owed to you with no explanation. Stay away, stay away. The wife of owner is especially nasty, and difficult to deal with. Just a FYI it's our payday and unless we elect to attend their daytime so called Christmas party no check. We are only permitted a 2 hour window in which to pick up our check each money, also the day each month varies depending on said owners wife's mood.

i agree 100% that Sue and Mark are liars. I purchasing a Franchise in Maryland, and was promise accounts. All my contracts were low, after they take all the fees, it leaves you with nothing. I should've taken my money and just started my business, instead of investing with them. DON'T INVEST WITH THEM!

Mark and Susan Cashman are SCAMS! They're in debt with the IRS & is using the money from clients to pay which will delay the franchise owners from getting paid. In the last 7 months I've gotten 3 checks that bounced. You do all the cleaning you suppose to do then when it's time to get paid you get the run around. It's only going to get worse with them. Right now they're taking current payments to pay franchise owners for previous months just to stay afloat. How can you expect them to have your money right when theirs isn't? This was the worst investment ever!

Anagoaryland Glen burnie, Mark and Susan Cashman, theives, liers, scammers, they will take your money, and will not back you ever when it comes to your accounts, they take your accounts and resell them to new people over and over, they don't care nothing about you, they just lie, and all the accounts they get you, the be ple don't really want you there, this is the worst master franchisors in the USA and that Anago have to offer, and some how you cant do d nothing about them on the better business bureau, nothing bad or good ever, so something is wrong with that picture, all the franchisees have nothing but bad stuff to say about Mark and Susan as far as Anago Maryland goes, so do t waste your money, you'd be better off just giving it away.SCAMMERS, the worst of the whole Anago industry I'd Anago Maryland/ Glen burnie

This company does not offer residential cleaning services (commercial only). Whoever you worked with is apparently a rogue franchise owner going off on his own and using the company's name to acquire business.

Anago of Nashville will take your money. They will not tell or explain what is the customer complaint so you can fix a problem. So you can loss account like a blink of eye.

I had a great and still do experience with Anago of Cleveland and Columbus, you have to put the work in yourself when purchasing a Franchise and run your business appropriately. Anago gives you the business tools to do so, if you choose not to follow the concept that is your own fault and ultimately failure. If you decide to not show up to an account, or all of your accounts over and over that is considered abandonment and Anago has to protect the client as well per the contract in maintaining their cleaning of the facility. You can't continue looking at this as a job, it isn't your job. It is your business to run. Look in the mirror, run your business and make the changes.

I agree Anago of Cleveland, OH and Columbus, OH is definitely not a wise investment. The management is the absolute worst in the industry. late payments, no explanations, no communication you name it. They are not financially secure therefore they hold money that is rightfully yours and claim that the particular client hasn’t paid and when asked they offer no assistance in the collection process even though that’s what a good percentage of the franchise fee you pay is supposed to be for. They treat their franchise owners with absolutely no respect.,
STAY AWAY! I had contacted a lawyer to file law suit anyone who invested in anago and experience these issues please email me twcc10@gmail.com

I AM A ANAGO FRANCHISE OWNER HERE IN TAMPA. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE WAS PUTTING MONEY INTO THIS BUSINESS. WHEN YOU NEED THEM OR LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY NEVER CALL BACK. THEY ARE EXCELLENT IN SALES AND THEY ARE REALLY CONVINCING...I HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO SAY REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM BUT IT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE A DAY TO WRITE. I'M NOT HEAR TO CONVINCE ANYONE NOT TO BUY BUT JUST HAVE OPEN EYES WHEN YOU INVEST YOUR MONEY. I REALLY WISH I HAD MET SOMEONE BEFORE INVESTING MY MONEY BECAUSE IT SURE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN WITH ANAGO ...GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY

When I complained about Ango not fulling the contract (2, 000per month), I was told that if they call to offer me a contract and I didn't answer the phone I turned the contract. If they left a massage and I called back in "2 minutes" I was told they had given the contract to someone else. In the meantime Anago was taking out fees as if the $2, 000per month contract had been fulfilled. I was also told that if an office cancelled a contract that Anago would replace it. Anago has never replaced a contract! I would not recommend Anago to anyone!

We hired Anago for cleaning our office, the janitors do not know how to clean. We have been cleaning after them. Anago's CEO Bill Sole is very nice once you sign the contract with him he stays out of the picture. Everything he brings during first meeting is a binder with 100% of lies. He lies for a living, our office and toilets are never cleaned. His supervisor Emilia and Freddy are not educated, they have no idea to manage supervise, we can't wait to get out of this contract.

I bought a franchise with Anago in 2006 and when I started everything sounded great - when I actually started doing the "real thing" it was different than what I was told in my initial interview- so the first 6 months I didn't make any return on my investment (I was spending more money than expected or than I was making) - I had complaints from companies and lots of various problems - the whole conversion into franchise owner was very unorganized and chaotic - it made me very upset and frustrated.

After a year or so I began to understand why I was having all those problems and most of the problems were because I simply did not read the contract - although the person I bought the franchise from did not supply me with the training necessary to begin my journey after we worked it out everything began to get better and I began to learn and make good money. Being a franchise owner is NOT for everyone no matter if it's a cleaning company or a restaurant - you have to posess the certain skills and determination to keep trucking along when times are tough and become the proper business owner that you need to be.

The thing to make you successful at anything in life -not just this is to read and constantly develop your personal skills on every spectrum of learning - from managerial skills to business knowledge in general - building your self esteem as a business owner will put you leaps and bounds in front of others.

A franchise is a learning experience - in the first half of it - consider yourself an employee you are still learning THEIR system and training and developing the skills - it is not until YOU learn how to work and run the system for YOU that you become a business owner and start making the system work for you instead of against you.
Anago is a good starting point for any franchise owner - it allows you to get in cheap and develop your necessary skills to make more than you have put in - in a short period of time compared to other big name mainstream franchises. I learnt how to make my franchise system work for me and with me beside me at all times - I hope you can too - the key = learn the system.
NEVER quit - or give up - let your obstacles guide you in a new direction - good luck!

My experience is exactly the opposite. I invested $13k 3 years ago and am doing very well. They not only got me the accounts that were promised, I'm now cleaning twice as much business as when I started.
