Airtel had a promotional offer on Indian Independence Day (15th of August) to send a sari to loved ones at home. In-spite of various complaints of follow-up, they continuously just say that it has been sent and they are looking into it and nothing else. I think they duped us in subscribing to their services. Their call center employees are not able to provide any details either and just say that wait further. Their online complaint system is faulty and doesn't convey the proper message. Even on mails, the replies are vague. I never expected such issues from the company that claims to be #1 Indian telecom company.
