Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care

On my initial visit at Affordable Dentures in Pooler, GA, my total wait time was almost 5 HOURS! When I did see dentist he came in, said a few words about what needed to be done for me to get dentures (i.e. teeth extracted, type of dentures). He spent at the most 3 minutes with me. I was unable to ask any questions at all. A few days later, my wife called their office to schedule the appointment for my teeth to be pulled and get my starter set of dentures. No one answered the phone at the office, so she left a voice mail. They never returned the call after several days of waiting to hear back from them. So she called their office again. AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE so she left another voice mail. She waited several days and no one had called back so my wife called the 800# and talked to a lady there. The lady informed my wife they did not even have me on file in their computer system. So she gave them all my information and scheduled an appointment. In conclusion, I ended up cancelling my appointment to get my dentures with Affordable Dentures in Pooler, GA for the following reasons: 1. Dr Selders has a horrible bedside manner. 2. Unable to access live person when calling their office. 3. No record of me as a patient after a week & a half of being seen there. After all this, I honestly feel due to their mistake I should get my $100.00 back. I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT GO THROUGH WITH GETTING SERVICES THERE!
