1ink.com canon 246xl cartridge

On order # 6064846 I ordered and received a 3 pack made up of 2 PG 245XL and 1 CL246XL cartridges. I installed the black cartridge a few weeks ago and it worked fine. Yesterday I installed the color cartridge and it printed two barely acceptable copies and then totally failed. I put my used Canon CL- 246XL back in and it printed a couple copies. All seems fine except the new cartridge. Is there something I am doing wrong or is the cartridge at fault? Help!

1ink.com replacement printer ink

It may be a hit or miss with this company, but other review sites spew out a plethora of negative reviews. I ordered replacement carts for an HP8600 costing me $35.00 plus $5.00 shipping thinking it was a good deal since OEM HP ink would be almost $100.00. Unfortunately, 1ink's version failed to work and put the HP in "fail" mode. Phone calls to CS at 1ink tried to help, but on a hunch, I re-inserted the old carts (NON HP by the way) and the printer returned to "working" status. Here is the bad part... Their warranty is useless. I had to return the defective carts at a cost of $12.00 plus the original $5.00 = $17.00. Therefore, it cost me $17.00 to deal with this terrible company leaving me empty handed. Basically, they cheat you...stay away from 1ink!

1ink.com spam advertising

This company sends out spam advertising under various user names from .nl domain mail servers. I called them by phone and complained. They asked for a sample of the spam, which I sent to them. They said action would be taken to stop the spam. I have received several more spams several weeks after I complained. This is NOT the kind of company that I will ever do business with.

Well known spammer. Look at their Google reviews for a detailed example. Interesting to see so many reviews are “first timers” or very new at reviewing on Google when they suddenly decide to review 1ink.com highly! Only after this was pointed out does that seem to be changing haha.

Also interesting is the switch SINCE not long after that Google review, to not using imgur.com for their spam email image content delivery do often. But they are sending spam massively, and currently for “health news” again (dental miracle toothbrushes and alleged-scam cream hydra-lift or something like that)

And they are still up to their well known trick of random domain names and redirects dances. Today it is “ pintdeal.co.uk “ which they registered with Namecheap at the start of August.

1ink.com is one one of the world's most egregious violators of the CAN/SPAM Act and uses 'affiliates' (professional spammers) to send millions of unwanted spam emails, doesn't honor unsubscribe requests, and refuses to remove email addresses from their spam list when contacted directly.

1ink.com 2/12 packages of canon cartridges

On Dec. 14th, I ordered 2/12 packages of cartridge for my canon computer. My credit card was charged $129.96. My order was never received. The order # is 4820957, UPS tracking #1Z3Y56050379975732. I called 1ink.com and was told the order was returned and would be resent out. Why is this order still undelivered, it's been over a month. Checking UPS I was given a return to sender message and some address on Kingston and Bergen. I'm sorry, but I didn't quite understand this added information on UPS's information site.

1ink.com ink for printer

ordered 5 black inks, and 2 colored. Working on project, warning post said replace colored ink. I thought no problem I have some on hand. When I opened package red ink was everywhere. Ink cartridge did not work. I called number provided, no one there on Saturday. I guess they feel no one works on Saturday. Now I am off to Staples, they work on Saturday. I will spend the extra money to ensure I have a product that works when I need it.

This site is horrible. I ordered 950XL ink from them and it jammed up my printer. It would not recognize the ink cartridge when it was brand new. I ended up spending many hours trying to fix this issue, finally having to replace all ink cartridges. it now has recognized them, but now the alignment is off. Now I am stuck spending even more hours trying to fix it. My printer is fairly new and it is not the printer. The company will not do anything but refund the money, but I have to pay to ship it back. The least they could do is to pay to ship it back. I am the one stuck with a heardache and probably permanently messed up printer. Pay the xtra money for name barand product. They are terrible.

1ink.com bad printer ink

I thought that I would save a little money buying ink from these people, What a mistake it was.
The first shipment of ink wouldn't work in my printer, My printer kept asking for me to install the ink and it was already in my printer, So I called 1ink up and told them of the problem and they shipped me another set of cartridges and they did the same thing.
So I called them to let them know of the problem and they said that they would ship me some more and I told them that I didn't want to wait any more for more ink that wouldn't work and that I needed a return label for the eight cartridges that they have sent me.
Then I was told that it would cost me to ship them back, So because of there mistake instead of saving myself some money it cost me.
DON'T EVER DO BUISNESS WHITH THESE PEOPLE, I THINK THEY MAKE MOST OF THERE MONEY ON THE SHIPPING IT WILL COST YOU TO SEND THERE MISTAKS BACK...

1ink.com poor quality and service

I have used this site for ink a number of times. They have great prices but only about 30% of what you get can be used. Once, after going through a number of cartridges that my printer wouldn't recognize I called and they were great and sent me out 3 replacements. Their site says to return the defective ones but they said I didn't have to so I threw them away. Recently I uncapped a new black cartridge and ink poured out all over my oriental rug. The cartridge continued to drip ink so I threw it away. Now I have a ruined rug and when I called them they refused to replace because I didn't keep it. Won't use them again.

I just purchased ink from this company and what a disappointment. I was not sure of the ink cartridges so I called and was given the toner number to order. Me not knowing anything about printers ordered it. When it came it did not work. I called and they stated because it was not their mistake I would have to pay for shipping. Well helloooooo! I called and they told me it was the correct one. I will never order from this company again. Nor will I refer people to them.

I purchased ink cartridges from ypur company in Feb. 2012. They are just the worst I have ever used what a waste of my hard earned money! The cartridges do not stay in properly they pop out I have checked, taken them out and put them back in they keep coming out. I hate them and will not ever order from you again! Further more I think you should refund my money to me!

1ink.com do not use them

I had purchased 4 901XL replacements cartridges fro 1ink.com, 2 worked ok but not great, the 3rd and 4th cartridges did not print at all.
After insisting they refund my money they gave me a return Authorization #.
I send the two cartridges back to them and never heard back.
I called today and gave them the Return Auth. # and they said both returned cartridges were empty and therefore they were doing nothing.
I had cut the plastic bags off them prior to use.
I recommend not using them.

I bought ink and toner in April. Put them in on Fri. 5/20/11 and a blank strip appeared on the right side of the page. I tried to remove the drum and toner but they would not come out of the fax machine. It took 3 employees and one bloody finger to get the inserted drum and toner out. When I called the 1-ink customer service rep, she said I would have to trouble shoot why there was a problem. I told them that I would not put the ink and toner back into the fax machine knowing the difficulty of removal. I requested return labels to return the defective items. The rep. was not pleased with my request from the tone of her voice but told me that I would receive 2 return labels by the end of the day. I checked my fax on 5/21 and no return labels are there. AND OF COURSE THE BUSINESS IS ONLY OPEN MON-FRI.

1ink.com ink cartridges

In January I purchased a big supply of ink from this company saying
the product was equal to Cannon Pixma Inks. I recently replaced three of the cartridges, Yellow, Cayan & Magenta. The printer prints out
a very poor copy regarding the color of the item and is unusable when doing photos or copies of art work. I checked the website and the product is not returnable after 180 days. Now I'm stuck with 12 pks
of Ink at a cost of 90 or so dollars. This did not save me any money,
as stated and I've returned to original Cannon Product. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered both color and black cartridges and when they print the color is a pale green on the paper. Why is this. I need BLACK ink. Thank you Donna Dixon

1ink distributes cartridges but do not handle any issues, they claim to offer a limited warranty but the cartidges have an expiration
date that is not honored by 1ink, i was told to contact the manufacturer but 1ink could not supply the makers information. I also purchased in bulk, Brother 4n1, what a great loss. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

1ink.com leaking ink cartridges

Bought brother compatible ink cartridges for fax/printer MFC-440CN and they leak badly. i was careful in handling though all the ones installed have leaked. I have to call this monday for rma and will report back on how they respond. What a mess and and hassle as ink is very hard to remove...

I recently purchased ink for my Canon printer. After 14 pages it registers "empty cartridges. I should be able to get 100 pages from one ink cartridge.

I like your prices and fast delivery, but lack of ink is very frustrating!

I ordered an HP 21 and HP 22

The HP 21 works fine the HP 22 will not work at all.

I replaced witj the old HP 22 and it works, so it has to be a problem with the new HP 22.

My propblem is that my EpsomWF 3720 Printer seems to be rejecting
a T702XL320 cartridge, what is the problem. Am I doing something or
is Epsom just rejecting someone else's product. I have used your products on HP's satisfactorily.

Keep receiving many many emails from this company. Asked to be removed and I'm ignored.

I'm based in UK so would never buy from you anyway.

I know they will blame affiliates but that is not excuse.

There are laws in the EU regarding Spam emails.

I tried Numerous times to use(T273XL320) item but would it would
not register as recognized. I want a replacement for Magenta. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

I will never do business with a company that advertises itself via spam.
If everybody else did the same, there would be no more spam!

I have ordered from 1Ink.com for a couple of years, and have thought it is my KODAK esp3250 printer issue with the drivers. NOPE, it's the ink! All drivers are updated and yesterday (3/6/14) and put in a new Black Cartridge (the old one was 3/4 full. The New Black cartridge, did not work, *as the 3/4 full cartridge did not work) ran all of the requested checks (Printing) nothing! I have thrown away more cartridges than I've been able to use. NO MORE ORDERS TO THEM! Am I angry "OH YES!" Researching online for a BETTER CHOICE!

Agree with comments regarding problematic 1ink compatible cartridges for Brother MFC machines. Called to voice a clogged print-head problem and was told the cartridges must have been 'mishandled'... Have a friend in San Diego with identical machine who also purchased cartridges from 1ink -- exact same problem with clogged print-head -- was told the very same thing upon voicing a complaint to 1ink's Customer Service. 1ink does not assume responsibility for their products and attempts to paint problems as a 'one-off' problem... Wouldn't advise their product for the Brother MFC machines unless you can afford hours of time chasing down problem and haggling with 1ink Customer Service. Less costly in the long run to purchase authentic Brother ink!

PLEASE, DON'T waste your money or your time. Go to Staples or another store and buy genuine brand names for you specific printer or copier. You will be frustrated and will cost you more in down time. Myself and others had damaged printers from using these garbage inks. You will thank me if you listen. We learn by bad experiences. Ron- New Jersey
