123vidz.com sent me free trial that was absolutely not free! It cost me $150. I am tired of scam companies like that. Someone has to stop this fraudulence activity forever!

Same for me; I only signed because they clearly say they will not charge unauthorized payments, and so they just did!

I was just about to sign up & then I decided to do a search to check if this was just another one of those scams. Bingo! Thanks for the heads up people. I really hate these companies abusing the internet the way they do. Don't mind paying for something but when they keep debiting your account that's another story

I do not tend to check my bank payments until now and I found that I have paid USD49, 95 for a service which I have not agreed to pay. I will be asking my bank to stop any payments to this account and will ask them for their advise how to proceed.

I have been charged £ 31.88 British pounds for a service that was supposed to be free and I do not
recognise this transaction.

Please credit in full.

Please cancel my free subscription - it was not a free subscription - i was charged $49. 95 for this service - i have not used this service, nor have any intention of using this scammed service. I am authorizing my bank not to allow any future transactions. I don't like being scammed, especially when it is supposed to be free to begin. I have not used this service, and do not intend to pay for any future services. I go to the movie theater for my personal enjoyment, and purchase 'dvd's' from a regular retail store. I do not like this service, nor do i authorize this service. Please refund this service charge, since i have not used this service. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Yes I also signed up for a normal free subscription which they kept advising that it was free but required my bank details to authenticate my FREE membership. When I checked my bank statement and saw that they were unlawfully taking out money from it. I sent a mail immediately asking them to stop the debit from account and rang my bank to put a stop on any further transaction. The message below is what I received from this scam company. DO NOT SIGN UP OR GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS!

You had signed up for a 5 Day free trial to Stream and Download films and did not cancel or choose a plan, so as stated in our terms and conditions you were upgraded to a Monthly stream and download plan. We charged you $49.95 USD because you did not cancel your subscription within 5 day free trial and that is a valid charge. Your account has been cancelled successfully and no future charges will apply, may we help you with anything else?

Sincerely,

M

123Vidz.com is a total scam. If you search for TV series to watch online, 123vidz is the first result. They claim to have a free trial of 5 days after which you will be billed 49.50 monthly if you do not cancel. They also state they will charge you 1.03 to cancel online but if you call the 800 number it is not supposed to cost anything. I called 5 minutes after I signed up when. I realized that they were a scam and did not have the series I wished to view. Fortunately, i have an alert on my charge card that lets me know when my card is not present for the transaction. i called my card company and reported the fraudulent activity. Lesson learned: if a free trial is free, they should not need your credit card to "verify" you! RUN from this site!

This deceptive company's site popped up when I was attempting to view YouTube videos on a computer that does not support Flash. I foolishly thought that they were a part of this viewing procedure. The page required me to sign in and emphatically stated over and over (at least 5 times) that they needed my credit card info but that I would not be charged; they only needed it to verify me. After I "joined" something made me go back to their page and really look at the site. Only then did I get information that I was involved in a free trial– there were several free trial options and I am not sure which one I signed up for. I went to "my account" and cancelled but something made me also call their 800 number and I then spoke to someone in the Philippines. It's a good thing I phoned because I would not have been cancelled without actually speaking to someone. I also cancelled my credit card; so far I've only been charged $1.04 in fees; I'm waiting to see if the fees will be credited but mostly I am just watching my account carefully. I am embarrassed but still want to warn others.
