This guy is very rude and offensive. He genuinely believes that no one will ever stop him.
This guy will cheat you, grab your money (he charges no less than anyone else, but he will convince you that it is much less!) - Improperly install everything! Will do it in unsafe manner, will risk your family safety!
He will tell you that he will do advertisement action in your house – will
Talk to his “Boss” (he is himself his own boss!) about possibility to do work for free and charge you for equipment only. So he never did pictures in my place – since he installed everything improperly and I am enclosing pictures of his “great Job done”. If you want to see ugliest, rusting, sharp, making banging noise heat radiators and plastic pipes like spider web all over the house – you are welcome to my place to see it yourself! Sergey Elfimov is definitely not paying taxes “in a normal way” and charged me with cash 10200 without giving me any normal invoice with his signature or anything like that. When you are asking for invoice he will tell you that he will send you an email with invoice attached. As he knows – when you complain – they are asking for original invoices. He genuinely believes he is very well prepared crook. But I have his original emails with his original writings. Now he changed his email (of course). And continue to blackmail me from [protected]@gmail.com . Before that it was [protected]@gmail.com .
Please see below just an example on how Sergei Elfimov will black mail you or your friends. He genuinely believes that he will be able to convince my friends and set me up like that pouring dirt on my friends pretending ME. :

He doesn’t have appropriate equipment. He doesn’t have gas pressure measuring device. He don’t put any stickers or gas pressure sticker on your newly installed gas equipment. And what if (God Forbid!)You and your family will encounter an accident – this crook believes that he will go “clean”. He will give you 1 year warranty on his work, when you call - he never pick up. He will attend several times, will fix nothing and when you will reach him again he will tell you that he can no longer fix anything and you have to hire someone else to fix his mistakes.
He is stretching time, hoping to do it long enough to be able to reach the end of his “1 year warranty “. When you as his customer eventually comes to conclusion that you were scammed by this “professional”, and when after so many times you have tried to solve it in a normal business manner, you are of coarse start to complain elsewhere.
He did heating system in my place on May 2010. Also he didn’t even bother to register my Navien unit he installed. When in 2 months I called and asked him about it (since I am a girl and have no idea about gas equipment etc) he said he didn’t register it. Now I know everything… But back then I was just a female, and he used it well. I solved warranty problem with Navien, but also I will start a complain process with Navien America, to prevent Sergei Elfimov from “playing” with Navien’s equipment any further.
Imagine gas equipment installed for 10.200$ in your house with no warranty, God knows by who…Before I was so sure that in Canada business, especially such as potentially dangerous gas equipment involved, IS WELL REGULATED AND CUSTOMERS ARE SAFE FROM CROOKS. Now I know that Law in Canada gives people like Sergei Elfimov so many loopholes to escape Justice. Current Law leaving intact all the loopholes in the way offences are defined. These loopholes continue to prevent the prosecution of many serious Law abusers. Canada needs a Law for the 21st century, not the 19th century. Do we all live in Canada or in some kind of 3rd World country?!

Sergei Elfimov have "serious" looking contractor's car (big white van), he have license from Technical Standards and Safety Authority, and I verified that. Now his license is in a process of investigation as he obviously violated his license conditions. He might loose his license or he might not, due to the fact that TSSA is covering up since they gave Sergei Elfimov license in a first place.
Please contact me if this guy cheated you. He cheats all over the city of Toronto and GTA! I already found a contractor he used to work with and the guy told me –Sergei Elfimov is a professional crook and always cheating on his clients and co-workers. BE AWARE!

If you are thinking on hiring him - Don’t ever deal with this guy! He will blackmail you and will threaten you and your friends or anyone he will be able to link to you! He will threaten you in numerous emails. And as soon as he will be caught on cheating – he will start “dirty defense techniques” on you. He will try to manipulate you, scare, blackmail etc. That is exactly what crooks usually do, isn’t it?

I am looking to gather evidence against him and to go to court. Please contact me if you ever deal with this guy. I am not looking to return my money – priority number one for me to provide my fellow Canadian citizens with more public safety removing this crook who works and playing with dangerous gas equipment FROM BUSINESS IN CANADA. I demand Sergei Elfimov to pay me and my family moral compensation for all that emotional suffering and sleepless nights due to his “musical banging and knocking radiators”, mini blasts from gas condensing inside the Navien unit due to improper installation which happening often and loud banging noise coming out of it scaring my child and my dog. I demand him to pay reputable Canadian HVAC professional for redoing heating in my house. I will never let this guy even to come close near me, my house or my family. If anything will ever happen to me and or to my family, I am asking Toronto Police to be aware about everything above and below mentioned.
