Marquesa Colorado Hearthstone Properties is worth all the 5 stars she earned! If I could give her more stars I would. I am not a first-time homebuyer. I wish I could say my past homebuying experiences with realtors, lenders and title companies were good, but they were not. When it came time for my family and I to PCS to Colorado, I was excited for the move but anxious about going through the homebuying process again. Marquesa changed all of that. Starting with our first interaction via video call when I was overseas, she was patient, caring, professional and focused on my needs. It seemed no matter the question or concern she had an answer, a contact, or a resource for me. And guess what? Her contacts are just as professional & top notch as she is! When I finally made it stateside to house hunt, she was laser focused on me and my goals. I truly felt like I was her only client, and we got a great home! Actually, I still feel like I am her only client. Even after closing, she has been there to help us in our transition. She truly cares about her clients. This is her passion. You feel it from day one. Realty is not just a job for her. No matter your budget, no matter if youre looking to buy a home in Broadmoor or Southern Colorado Marquesa cares about your needs you will not be treated like a commission generator. Being a first-time home buyer can be overwhelming and sometimes intimidating. You often don't know facts from fiction when family and friends tell you stories about their home buying experience. This was my case trying to make sense of this process. I had talked to numerous real estate agents with the promise of them taking care of me since I was using the VA home loan to purchase my first home. When they broke their promise to come through, I was at my wit's end. My co-worker overheard I was getting frustrated with the realtor finding process. He suggested I meet with Marquesa H since he and his family had such a pleasant experience with her. Not only did Marquesa keep her promises, but she also kept it "real" for me without the curtain of fiction that I got from other realtors. Even though Marquesa is a great realtor, she can't be in two places at once. So she has the help of an assistant named Heather, who is an equally great realtor in her own right. So, with the help of this tag-team pair made the house hunting experience go very well. Both Marquesa and Heather took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a house. And they made it very clear the importance of making a list of "must needs" in a home so that when you find a place in this fast-paced market, you can act on it right away. So, in my opinion, where Marquesa shines in her craft is in communication with the listing agents. She is a skilled negotiator in picking out what needs to say to make your bid shine, both verbal and on paper. Trust in her judgment on what to put in the bidding contact and when to do it. And, when you finally get that "under contract" status, she is on top of all the timetable objectives and keeps you in the loop of what is due and when. So, when your closing date arrives, there are no surprises. So if you need a realtor that is dependable, trustworthy, responsive, and has excellent negotiating skills, look no further than Marquesa H as your next realtor!
