I've been using them for 2 months now. Although they are successful and extrapolating your payment they do not measure up at all with service. My assigned agent has been extremely non responsive. I have to initiate everything and she's also been unprepared. I will never use Coast One Financial Group again.

Coast One Financial got on it right away and although it took some time it was worth it. Arsineh, whom I communicated with weekly is an exceptional person; she virtually held my hand through this process. I appreciate her tremendously as she is fantastic at responding to texts, emails, calls, and keeping me calm! ?

If your looking for a great team to handle your tax situation. I highly recommend Coast one financial group. They took the stress off my shoulders dealing with the IRS. They saved me a lot of time & money. They have an excellent team of lawyers that will get the job done. I'm very happy with the turn out of my situation.

5k was going to resolve my issues and we agreed on the phone but later they would need another 5k to do what we had originally agreed upon. I gave them then another 5k and they only negotiated a monthly payment agreement and said their work was complete versus attempting to see if mistakes were made on previous taxes and then negotiating an offer in compromise, which was the original agreement. They won't acknowledge the original telephonic agreement or return my calls

Just wanted to say thank you for a beautiful service the job you've done I have to say every step of the way was pretty amazing to me. I was in the beginning very apprehensive because I'm not really computer savvy. However the gentleman I talked to on the phone basically took me by the hand and walk me through the first part of it and then it was pretty much smooth sailing after that! So once again I I just want to say great job thank you very much and wow what a relief.

I began working with Coast One Tax Group to settle my tax debt in the summer of 2014. My settlement was approved in March and the people at Coast One Tax Group were with me every step of the way! My situation kept changing so my settlement kept changing, but every time something new came up, my team was right there taking care of me. When I was sent a notice or a lien was threatened, I made a call and sent the information and it was taken care of right away! Not once did they ask for additional fees and I never felt like anyone was less than 100% engaged in settling my debt. Coast One Tax Group gave me a future that I didn't think was possible. There aren't enough words for how grateful I am to everyone at Coast One Tax Group! They settled over $250,000 in tax debt for a payment a single mom who is partially disabled was able to pay. I can't thank them enough!

Coast One Tax Group was hired to assist me with previous years tax issues I was attempting to resolve. After reviewing their "A" rating they claim on the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) I decided they would be trustworthy. I was charged close to $4,000.00 for assistance with the tax resolution. At first they were responsive and I believed they were doing what they could to help me with this situation but eventually they stopped responding. My emails were not returned and phone calls were left unanswered. I was hoping they would do what they had originally been paid to do but I cannot even get them to call me back regarding this tax matter. I trusted their intentions of helping me, but now I think the money spent on their services could have been applied to pay down the tax debt they promised to help resolve. Maybe by reaching out to the ComplaintsBoard.com they will finally call me back or email me to finish what they were paid to do.

We hired Coast One Tax Group to help us work with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on previous taxes that we had. After very careful consideration and extensive research on Coast One Tax Group, we decided we would hire them. After five years and $16,000.00 we are no closer to a resolution than we were the first day we hired them. They refuse to have any communication with us unless it is me emailing to find out what is going on with our case. The manager, Lusy, refuses to respond to my emails. The Attorney assigned to our case has asked for the same records numerous times which we have given him every time he has asked. When I do finally get a response they always blame it on the IRS. When we signed our contract with them they told us it would be completely handled in about 90 days. Here it is 5 years later and we are no further than day one. I think we have been very patient and have given Coast One Tax Group everything they have asked for but in return have received no resolution.

I feel deceived and frustrated by the lack of communication and clarity from Coast One Tax Group. I expected them to handle all of my tax needs, but it seems like they only focused on what was convenient for them. The lack of savings on my taxes is also disappointing, as that was one of the main reasons I hired them. Overall, my experience with Coast One Tax Group has been unsatisfactory and I would not recommend their services.
