This website claims to sell "instant birthday cakes". I was referred to here by my friends...they said that the website was actually legit. What they make you do, is buy a MoneyPak (at CVS or Walgreens, etc) and load it with $150 in order to "active" your "product key". From here, you input all your information for your novelty ID, upload your picture to their website, etc. It was too good to be true. The "members only" log in area sets us the process in a to-do list format... First it says that your picture was uploaded with a check mark, then if your picture was approved, and if it was processed and shipped. For me, they claimed that it was processed/shipped...but when the item never came, I dropped support a line. They said that they hadn't shipped it out yet, and were going to soon. Well, it's been almost a month and I haven't received anything. Too good to be true. There seems to be no other online complaints that I can google up, so here's this for you all.

The site is real. BUT it is ridiculously slow. I placed my order in september of this year and experienced the same problems as you guys. My ID JUST came in the mail last week. Almost 4 months later. So I trust the site, it just takes a long long time so I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Same! I made my order over a month ago. They made me do all the same steps that you went through including purchasing the moneypak and loading it with $150. They say to throw away the moneypak once you input the moneypak product number on their site, but I originally thought the site was also too good to be true (even though I was referred to them by a good friend) so I kept it in my wallet just in case. Its been over a month and I still havent got any word on it shipping or not. I've emailed them multiple times and still have not gotten any word back! They recently just updated their site and it literally gives no information on how to contact them and their website is sketchy on its own because it doesnt give you any helpful information.

I ended up putting my moneypak loaded with the $150 onto my paypal account before they could get the chance to rip me off. My best guess is these are a bunch of guys that are in this thing for the short run, trying to rip off as many Americans as they can desperate enough to believe in their too good to be true products before their ulterior motives are discovered. I advise people to NOT use ClzCake! They'll take your money
