Well let me start off with I have a Big Burden off my back being that I'm an independent contractor driving semi-trucks. It is already a difficult task of keeping up and balancing out family as well as your taxes for the IRS. I had no clue of what I was doing with my taxes but with Clear Start Tax Relief, that burden is gone! The individuals that I dealt with were there every step of the way and knew every question I had before I even asked it! So far, I have been really comfortable and my mind at ease since Clear Start Tax Relief took over my situation and ran with it! I'm looking forward to the resolution these individuals work out. My experience with Clear Start Tax so far. They investigated my back taxes. Once they found my exact amount, my agent contacted me again with a resolution plan. I owed about 55k in taxes, no garnishments or liens on my account. The plan was to come in at a low offer of 300$ since my income is low compared to my expenses. I paid off my resolution fee and now we are just playing the waiting game. Hopefully in a couple of months we get a really low offer. The whole process was really easy, communication was great! My agent always called me back or answered his phone. The downside is obviously how long it takes to process things through the company. Other than that, my experience with Clear Start Tax has been positive so far.

Dealing with the IRS and experiencing tax debt was very overwhelming and a scary experience until my husband found Clear Start Tax. Best Tax Firm Ever! I was searching the internet trying to find someone legit to take my case. Most of the companies wanted a lot of money upfront . Until I came across Clear Start Tax Relief. LOVE this firm. I had Jeffrey assigned to me as my consultant for my taxes and he was LOVELY. Explaining things thoroughly in order to ensure I understood my options, and breaking down my balances that I did not originally see, along with just providing an excellent service overall, I would recommend this company to everyone if they have any tax problems. Obviously my past attempts weren't working out very well. However since working with Clear Start,never have I been so happy to do my taxes! They keep their word when they say they'll provide a resolution within 7 days, and they also keep their word that my file would receive their full attention. I was in a payment plan with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for over 4 years with some old payroll taxes that I owed from a closed restaurant I owned. This was a voluntary garnishment as well. I am thoroughly impressed by James B! He was so easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that no other company/tax consultant has ever done. I asked him the same question 100 times and he was so patient with me. I am truly truly relieved and feel like an enormous weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I've been working with Clear Start Tax for about 5 months now. I'm very happy with their services and their amazing inclination to help regardless of what matters or problems arise. It seems like I call them every other week in order to bring up a new problem that I need help with; such as removing a lien, stopping a garnishment, or even something as small as finding one of my past documents. I really appreciate Richard and the entire team, Parker, James, Jeffrey, were always amazing at being attentive to my needs and these fellas deserve a raise after everything that they've done for me (I doubt that any other person asks for help as much as I do.) Was I ever so surprised when after all I've been through in ten years of trying to do the right thing by my country and myself and obeying the instructions to give unto Caesar what is his! I had nothing and the IRS gets what they want. Cat always proclaims that they always get their mouse! They got my tail! But Clear Start Tax was as patient as they were at every turn where I had no proof of expenses. They processed 10 years of back taxes from various employers, states, and self-employment venues. When I presumed there was nothing owed to me. Was I surprised to find $2,900 in my bank account and a check for $998 from the IRS! I fixed my van with the blown motor, paid my rent three months behind, and ate a good meal for the first time in three years. I worried and needed help to move on the right track after all those years of pounding headaches, believing I'll never make restitution to my god, country, and myself!
