Clear review: Clear airport security service

On 1oth of Nov me and my husband were supposed to fly out of Austin airport going to Lax it was southwest 6:40am flight.

We got to the airport at 5 :40 and got the boarding pass everything went smoothly until we lined up to go through airport clear security check .

Originally I lined up for regular security check point there were not too many people it seems like it would take only about 15 minutes to pass the check but my husband insisted we should use clear security check since it will be faster and we paid for it.

We went clear check line and it seemed like the line was not moving

It took almost 10 minutes just to process one person. If you went 2ndaryroom it would have taken faster then that.

Since the line was not moving I started to feel anxious and it was too late to go back to regular security check. Alot of people behind me started to complain they would loose 7 am fight when our flight was 6:40

Thanks to clear we lost our flight

Why do you want to use clear? It is total waste of money garbage service

I would never recommend people to use the service
