Classic Track Gap Insurance review: Denial of gap claim

This place is a joke I don’t give it much longer to be in business. I have gotten my claim denied and it took me to call them to hear this instead of them reaching out to me. All the documents they want you to send it from different companies all to be said I use my vehicle for commercial use. I called asked to speak to a higher up supervisor they tell you he’s on lunch all hours of the day! When calling them back they told me that they see in their notes that Tom has called me back and there was a no answer. I had my phone next to me waiting to hear and nothing. Do not get your gap through this place. They will come up with any excuse to deny your claim. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down this is a mess and the workers act like they know nothing. Complete waste of my time and energy. I will be getting a lawyer to handle this!
