Cinch Auto Finance The only place I ever had a car financed with that charges a fee to process your payment

The only place I ever had a car financed with that charges a fee to process your payment. The $7.50 processing fee is ridiculous. I also have experienced sending payment via mail within the 10 days grace *** and was told the payment was received late. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I just went to make my first payment of my auto loan, a day early. In doing so, *** (Cinch, Now) was trying to charge me a $4.95 Convenience Fee. A Fee to make a early payment!I pay my bills on paydays for the following 2 weeks, and most are paid earlier than their due dates.I called to express my frustration and gather more information. They told me the only way to not be charged is to Schedule Automatic payments through them or my bank, or send a check. So BEWARE, this company will penalize you if you want to pay early and of course when you pay late.Never in my experience with auto loan companies have I ever been charged to make a payment, especially an early payment.

Worst possible place to get a loan. Horrible experience! Twice I paid my *** online and got a confirmation number and they say they didnt receive it. Horrible customer service. Not helpful at all. They charge to make a payment other then by mail. Their website was redone and they didnt get the payment but I have confirmation of it. Called my bank and then them. Steer clear of this bank. I have called and asked for statements to be sent three times and still no statements. I pay months in advance to avoid late fees because they take anywhere from *** days to cash a mailed check. You can't find any loan payment history online. The only way to pay your monthly payment without a "processing fee" is with a check in the mail. Paying online requires you pay the processing fee! I will never, ever use this company for a loan again.

How in the h*** could this company possibly have an "A+Rating" with the Complaintsboard.com!? JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!I bought my truck less than a year ago and from DAY ONE there have been problems with payment options. I call to pay over the phone with the automated system, EVEN THOUGH IT COST $10! FOR A PROCESSING FEE? THE COMPUTER IS DOING ALL THE WORK! Aside from that, the system has been changed at least 3 times with 3 different voices and menu options ect. and they all ***. I type in my information every time and the system recites it back incorrectly 5 five times before it goes through. I have always selected to NOT SAVE my card information and yet somehow this month it's a new system AGAIN and they have saved my card information anyways! Furthermore, the menu options have changed AGAIN and even though I type in the amount I wish to pay exactly how it directs me to, IT WON'T ACCEPT MY PAYMENT! I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS! It says, "You've entered an incorrect amount."I've tried multiple amounts just trying to make it work and it will not accept my payment and no it's not insufficient funds. I have plenty of money. This company is an absolute FRAUD and I am so *** at *** for referring my loan to them. THERE NEEDS TO BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN IMMEDIATELY!

They intentionally post mailed checks late so customers can be billed for late fees.

Everytime, my payments are mailed they have been posted at least 1-2 days after 10 day grace period.

USPS stated it is no more than 2-3 days to deliver from Atlanta, GA to Miami, FL Which means if a check or money order is mailed on the 3rd it should arrive even if weekend within at least 5 days. But NO...they hold checks and submit to make customer late. If you make electronic payments the fees are ridiculous.

The CSR are rude and stick to its not our fault - it's the post office not delivering in timely matter so you have to pay the fees and nothing else can be done.

I would strongly advise no one to utilize their services and find another reputable loan company. I never experienced an such problems with *** or ***. But CULS is the absolute WORST! SOMEONE really needs to investigate their bogus practices and see how many customers overall have experienced this half slick trade of stealing from the consumers!

They are a nightmare , I got a loan at the ford dealer from them and it has not been anything but problems. There on line system does not allow for current statements. I constanlty e-mail and ask for Statements to be sent by e-mailed and they say that cannot be done. I call in because I moved to verify why I am not getting my statement and very Poor grammar and lack of communication. They tell me that even though I updated my information on the Webb site she can not retrieve it? Then she tells me I signed up for paperless statements but they don't mail the statements? what a night mare they need to be investigated by NCUA. (*)negative star

The Credit Union Loan Source has a terrible on-line web page. I don't trust them due to never receiving a statement on the loan. I cannot find the information on line and each time I call, they direct me to the same site (CULoanSource.com). After registering, the site shows my account number, name, etc., but when I click on the "History" icon, nothing populates. I have to go back and put my beginning balance, APR, and each payment onto a spreadsheet to compare the balance given, and my spreadsheet. It's and embarrassment to the loan industry that they are still in business! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD!

I contacted CULS today after I noticed double my car payment had been withdrawn from my account. This was my second payment made to this company. I set up automatic payments upon receiving my loan packet from them shortly after purchasing my car. I initially called to set up payments, but the prompts said there would be a long wait and that I could set up online, which I did. I set my payment to come out on the 15th of the month and was given no indication from the portal there would be any late fees. Upon calling today, I was told my payment was outside the grace period so I paid late fees for my first payment and the one that was just withdrawn. The double payment was because the payment date was outside this window as well so was applying the next amount due as well. I explained to the customer service rep that I was not aware of any late fees as none are indicated anywhere on the website. Even in the payments tab, it says "Late fees balance: $0.00". The CSR said because I did not speak with an account rep upon setting up the payment, these fees cannot be refunded. Had I spoken to someone, there would be something that could be done. This is extremely poor customer service as the only way a user can be aware of the late fees is by viewing a paper statement OR downloading the app. The same information should be available to all users regardless of how they choose to view statements and payments. Further, if the company allows users to manually set recurring payments, they should be notified that the date they have chosen *** incur late fees if applicable. There is no mention of the grace period window or any indication of late fees whatsoever. This is misleading and an issue of accessibility for all users.
Expected outcome:
I would like to be refunded the 2 late fees I received and I would also expect the website to be updated to include downloadable statements with all payment information OR late fee information included in the payment history. The recurring payment section of the website should also include notification if the user has selected a date that *** incur late charges.

I have never had a worse experience with any loan company than this one. This is the only loan that charges a service fee to pay each month unless by what a representative told was to set up recurring payments, which I tried to do but kept keeps telling me "Funding account already enrolled for this profile." Their web site is sub par and not a lot of information. Client service reps are not very helpful either.

Worthless, Have set up Automatic withdraw with them to be taken out within a proper time of being due. Been checking bank statements and noticing it was not withdrawn from our account. Get a phone call today and says we have never logged in to the account and we are overdue on our payment. Very rude on the phone and not worth our time. I wish the dealership would not use them. We are going to try to refinance with someone else. Now when I log in, it shows we do not have an account with them. Go elsewhere if you can. Not a good company to work with.

On June 2nd I made a payment for the first-time using Cinch’s website. I received a text the showed my payment was made with an authorization number. Sometime later I received a letter from Cinch stating my payment had been “returned” by my bank. I contacted my bank and they stated they showed no returned items. I then went back online to Cinch’s website...

Cinch Auto Finance Wrongful repossession

Hello,

I had requested communication to resolve my delinquent account via email due to a disability recognized by the Federal ADA. I had several seizures over the last few months which limit my cognitive capacities, or leaving residual effects, if you will. I emailed with Michael Robinson who told me given the circumstances we could discuss via email. I was grateful. However, I had more seizures and tried to respond as timely as physically possible. I left my last email to him open with a question, asking if we could move forward with the resolution he had proposed. He never responded however I reach back out on Aug 7th. My car had been repossessed overnight so when I awoke on Aug 8th, it was gone. Michael had worked with me to establish a resolution and never followed through with aiding me, even despite my request to accommodate communication due to impairment. Now, there are fees, it is in Dawsonville, so I cannot even legally drive out of town because of said seizures. Only today did Michael respond and inform me that he cannot communicate via email because of laws prohibiting it...NINE days after my email with a question, and after the repossession.

I had prepared enough funds to pay the June amount and per Michael's instruction, we could then defer a payment for July.

Michael's "games" if you will with information provided severely delinquent which could have prevented the repossession, are cause for emotional and psychological harm. In addition, yes, I received a phone call Monday evening at 536pm... a day after my last seizure (which witnesses at church can account for), and during dinner hour and placed me on hold. I was naturally, very confused, which is why email is best. I am able to better process the information I can read rather than hear it. I also struggle with stuttering and finding correct words during speech, which limits my ability to communicate effectively. It is my hope that we can pay attention to the way this was handled, and after several requests were made for accommodation, which is RIGHT and not a need, protected under the Federal ADA. I can forward all emails upon request but am unable to attach them below. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Cinch auto delivers the vehicle back to my location, waiving all fees accrued, &honors the agreement that was proposed by Cinch rep. I pay one month & then we can defer July.

Cinch Auto Finance I had a car that was financed through CULS since March

I had a car that was financed through CULS since March . The vehicle was in an accident and deemed a total loss on January 5th. The Insurance company, GAP and the Dealer all sent in money to payoff the loan. However, CULS went ahead and placed a 30 day late payment on my credit Report. I call them to resolve the issue and get an explanation. Ms. Felicia kindly explain the charge to me as being January payment. She said if I didn't pay she was not taking it off my credit. I paid her $200 and she agreed to take it off but I know that what she did is wrong and I need a refund. My question is, "when the Insurance company requested a payoff, why was January's payment not included in the Payoff. Why did they collect the insurance check, The Gap check and the Fees from the Dealer then placed a Payment on my credit..without once notifying me."

I refinanced my car with *** to pay off the loan I have with Credit union loan source. They received it on the 8th of December , proved by tracking number that it was received. They lost the first check and so I had to make another payment with them to stay current and not go 30 days past due. *** overnighted the check on the third and Credit Union Loan Source still has not processed the second check. It was verified by *** with a CULS member on the phone that the mailing address was correct. What kind of financial institution looses 46k checks? Cinch Auto Finance I purchased a vehicle that I am financing through credit union loan source since 3

I purchased a vehicle that I am financing through credit union loan source since 3. They have been charging high fees every month so I have registered for reoccurring monthly payments. What a mistake! Last month they charged 20$ overpayment for a late payment that was never late. I never received reimbursement for that late fee charge even though they said they would credit my account. This month they are charging me $765 instead of $365, without a cause, and without notication. I have made on time payments, without fail. I want to be given the late fees they have charged as promised! Also, everytime you call to get resolutions, you are connected with a foreigner that can hardly speak English. VERY FRUSTRATING! I want to help someone else by writing this so they don't do business with this agency. They are liars and a fraud. I can provide emails of my communication with them, upon request.

Vehicle was repossessed for late payments. I received improper service from the CULS staff as they committed unethical misrepresentation to me. My first attempt to redeem was responded with an incorrect offer to pay the late payments and repo fee. They mislead me on being able to use that offer when I was ready to pay the amount. A few days later I received a billing statement in the mail of the late payments and repo fee, which I paid for. My account was then current after that $2000 payment. I was misrepresented and received improper service again by CULS when I called the next day. They said I was not supposed to receive that billing statement and that the payment would be refunded. I have NOT received the refund. I am meeting with my attorneys to prepare a warning of suit and complaint against this lender if my demand(a) are not met.

The dealership I purchased my vehicle from used this company as lender. If you make a payment via phone, there is a $9+ fee. If you make a payment online, there is a $7+ fee. After your monthly payment amount is met via snail-mail to avoid ridiculous fees, this company will not allow you to allocate your own funds the way you want them applied. For instance, with any loan I've ever had in the past, if my monthly payment is $498.36, I would round up to $550 and have the difference allocated to principal only. This company will not allow that. Even if you request your overage to be applied to the principal, they will only apply the funds to the next month's *** amount. This seems illegal to me. Once my monthly payment amount is met, I should be able to apply any overage to the principal, if I request that. CULS seems to be full of shady scams.

Cinch Auto Finance Used statement to send in payoff amount indicated on bill

Used statement to send in payoff amount indicated on bill. Due to COVI19 payment was received late. I used statement to send in payoff amount indicated on bill, however because I did not call in for a payoff amount I am being charge more interest, after explain that I can not control the post office mail deliver on a timely manner due to COVID. also was informed I could pay over the phone or online but would have to pay a 7 dollar service free. I understand about interest loans by why would you put a payoff amount on our bill if it is not the actual amount due. I have no problem paying the extra amount but to tell me I only have 10 days to get the payment in if by mail or pay 7 dollars to pay online or by phone is a little extrema and taking advantage of people in my option. Would like to be reimbursed for the 60 dollars for final payment that also includes the 7 dollar service fee for paying it online.

During the course of my loan I fell behind on some payments, and have since brought the loan current. The Credit Union has never applied my over payments to any of the late fees, and have been charging me late fees for years now. I wrote and emailed several times in an effort to resolve it, but have not received a response from the credit union.

Cinch Auto Finance CULS was my leinholder on a 2018 F150 that I purchased

CULS was my leinholder on a 2018 F150 that I purchased. I sold this vehicle on April 13th to Carvana. At the point I sold this truck, I had never missed or been late on a payment. On April 16th a check was electronically sent to CULS for the payoff of the vehicle. I turned over the vehicle, turned in the plate, and dropped the insurance. The end of MAY, I recieved a call from CULS saying I was now past due on a vehicle I had sold 45 days earlier. When I finally got ahold of someone (Mr. East) he told me that they were unable to read part of the Microline on the check from Carvana and requested a resent check from them. The check was not resent until I filed a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com about Carvana failing to complete the payoff as agreed upon. CULS is reporting me to the credit bureaus as being 2 months delinquent on this account, even after I disputed this with Experian at Mr. East's suggestion. This error was the fault of CULS and Carvana and shouldn't remain on my credit report

Loan Modification denied after they suggested it. I requested to return the vehicle and they stated that I had the vehicle for some time and put so much into it so why not do a loan modification. I did the loan modification only to be told that I was denied based on no Job. How do they expect me to at least attempt to make payments if they can not even give me a reduced payment. I told them that I can not afford it at the price that it is currently at.

I have a car financed through Credit Union Loan Source. Credit Union Loan Source allows only limited method of payments. One method being snail mail check. That is the method I chose. On April 2nd I directed my bank (Ameris) to snail mail CULS my monthly car payment of $550.00. On April 13th the check (#***) cleared my bank. The check was dated 04/07. A few days passed *** the $550.00 was never credited to my account at CULS. (My account number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) I called customer service and "Kyaira" to me I could fax or email documentation to CULS. I did. That documentation includes: My bank statement that shows the cleared check. The image front AND back showing the deposit in CULS' bank (National Cooperative Bank). But I have heard nothing from CULS and my account has NOT been credited.

Cinch Auto Finance I used the credit union loan source for a purchase on a car last November, saw that they had an online reoccurring payment option so I applied 5

I used the credit union loan source for a purchase on a car last November, saw that they had an online reoccurring payment option so I applied 5 separate times and none of them took. So every month I have to use the phone service which has worked up until now. While all of my other bills are auto pay, this one forces me to take at least 20 minutes out of my day to fight with the automated system to type a number(account number, debit card, etc) that it doesn't accept, no matter if it's correct or not. Not to mention, if it doesn't accept it 3 times, you have to start all over and make the call again. Now my only option is to talk to a employee there, that makes every step harder than it needs to be. I've used the same card, same account, same name every month, yet this same lady forces me to jump through hoops to give them money. I've told them multiple times that their online/automatic draft does not work. I'd literally rather hand deliver my payment, than deal with this *** company

Cinch Auto Finance I had an auto loan with CULS the payment amount set up was $747.69 a month

I had an auto loan with CULS the payment amount set up was $747.69 a month. I traded in that vehicle and then the company I traded to paid off the loan with CULS. This pay off payment was paid on December 10th. The account balance was the $0. On December 24th I was then charged the $747.69 on the account with a $0. I contacted them after the holiday on Monday December 27th and they said a refund would be in my account in 48 hours. Called on Thursday December 30th, *** my bank account and they said to give it one more day. Called back on Friday December 31st and they said the refund has not been processed and they told me they would process it then. I was and still today (December 31) without $747.69 for a whole week and was/am unable to use any money in my account because it was meant for other bills. Also was using that money to pay my personal property tax and it could overdraft my account now because they will not give me my money back.

Cinch Auto Finance I have contacted CULS on several occasions regarding a payment which was made thru my banking account

I have contacted CULS on several occasions regarding a payment which was made thru my banking account. CULS is reporting late payments to my credit I processed two payments om 10/30. One for $900 and another for $1000.00. One payment was for my October 1 payment and the other for my November 1st payment. Since my payment was due on October 1 and paid on October 30, this payment was not 30 days late. I contacted CULS and spoke to a rep who told me to dispute it with the CBR, i advised her that they *** not fix the issue unless CULS corrects their records. I was then advised that the reason the payment was recorded the next day was because it was made after a cutoff time. I then advised the rep that when I made the payments there was no indication that you guys would not record my payment on the day you withdrew the funds from my account. I have written letters and sent copies of my bank statements to show when the payment was withdrawn. To date i have not received any feedback and I am unable to reach anyone in their CBR reporting department. Account number # XXXXXXX

Cinch Auto Finance Company violates fair credit lending act

Company violates fair credit lending act. They do not post payments made online on the day made. They post however long it takes their bank to process Due to shortage of work thanks to Covid, I fell behind in payments but made sure payments were made before they were 30 days past due. Payments were made on their site and their own representative gave a final date of payment before it became past 30 days. I followed those instructions. The company hit my credit with a past 30 days past due even though I made a payment before the 30 days past due. Company rep now alleges and states that they don't post payment based on when you make it but rather when the payment is processed by their bank and the consumer's bank. That is not a fair credit practice and it is unfair to the consumer. How is the consumer to blame for how long it takes the company's bank to process a payment or even the bank of the consumer when we have no control over that. Every credit card and lender, except this one, posts a payment the day you pay it online. These people don't and therefore have affected my credit immeasurably.

Cinch Auto Finance On 9/11 I purchased a 2017 Traverse from **** Chevrolet

On 9/11 I purchased a 2017 Traverse from *** Chevrolet. My vehicle was financed through Credit Union Loan Source. On 8/13 my vehicle was involved in a road rage incident in which my rear window was shot out and tailgate was left full of bullet holes. The young woman that did the shooting called someone on her phone when they arrived they chased my vehicle into traffic and it was hit by an oncoming truck and totaled (all in the police report). At this time i was certain that I had gap insurance from *** Chevrolet but as it turned out that was not the case. I spent several months along with Geico trying to find out the name of the man that did the chasing so his insurance company could pay the balance due. It seems that her being a minor is an issue.I have spoken with *** he is a collection specialist and I have spoken with *** a Manager in the *** collection department trying to resolve this. I will upload my email's with him. I have also spoken with *** as you will see in my email. It has always been my understanding that with a loan of any kind the principal will go up and the interest will go down from the very 1st payment even if that is only a few cents, that does not seem to be the case with *** I will appreciate any help the Complaintsboard.com can offer with this situation.

Cinch Auto Finance Customer service is rude and unwilling to help

Customer service is rude and unwilling to help. They said they *** do one thing to help and then do not and say you never contacted them. We have owned the vehicle since 2016 and I believe we have had problems with them being rude since then. We had a problem with the due date and the date the automatic payments were scheduled. We contacted them to fix the issue and they assured us if we pay this payment the account is current and we can change it. That was in Oct. 2020. They said they have no record of the call. We cancelled automatic payments to reschedule for a new date and they say we already have one but also told us the payments are not consistently made on the same day. Every call we make into them they have an attitude and talk down to us instead of seeking to understand and help. We have tried to resolve the issue and asked to have the recent missed payment status removed from the credit report but they refused any help with that even though it was a miss communication on their part and not holding up to what they said they would do. Not a single person who we have spoke with has had a good demeanor or attitude. We are trying to buy a home and just because of these most recent missed payment statuses we are unable. And they would not help fix the matter even though we have seemed help numerous times. Hateful customer service. The end!

Cinch Auto Finance no payment receipt mailed no payment history on website no emails or anything regarding my bill or payments I have made two payments so far on

no payment receipt mailed no payment history on website no emails or anything regarding my bill or payments I have made two payments so far on my new loan and I have never received a receipt for them. I looked online and the payment history is blank. I have no information as to where I stand on my loan because their website shows nothing at all ect: payment history, balance, interest paid, interest owed, initial loan amount, balance, payment due date... literally nothing. I have called and nobody seems to know anything about my account. I mailed in two payments (check) and they cashed them but the reciept i received in the mail was blank. None of the information was filled out. Everything on the paper was blank. I wonder if I just didn't pay at all if some numbers would start to show then (joke) update your website. Make the customers information available. We would like to know where we stand in our loan and how much principal and interest has been paid, when our mailed in payments were actually processed. This is a horrible way to do business. The website is terrible, it is very cheap, not user friendly at all, low-grade, complete nightmare. The web designer seems to be in 2nd grade or something. I would have to say if you paid more than $100 bucks for this site you have been had. A meth addict with tin foil and busted trac phone from Dollar General could have done a better job.

Cinch Auto Finance Billing error resulted in late fees that they refuse to credit

Billing error resulted in late fees that they refuse to credit. 4/8, I received a call from someone claiming to work at CULS and was asked for my birth date and address to continue to conversation. I refused and called the company. When they asked to verify my address, I provided my current address and they could not access my account. I then provided my previous address, from 2 years ago, they were then able to access the account. They informed me that my account is 49 days past due and mentioned that there had been some return mail. I've reviewed my file and have not received a statement since January . The January statement was addressed to my current address. I explained that I always pay from statements to insure accuracy. I offered to pay the full past due balance at that time. I asked if they would, in turn, remove the late fees, seeing as how the address on file was incorrect. They offered to credit one but refused the other and informed me that regardless off whether or not I received a statement I am at fault. They told me, "we are not the problem here." I have been a good customer of theirs for over 3 years and have always paid on time. I did not dispute that the account is in deed past due but clearly there has been a billing issue. I pointed out that they were unable to access my account with my current address and they had received return mail. They would not acknowledge the billing error. I offered again to pay in full if they'd remove the late fees. The refused and the call ended without payment...

Cinch Auto Finance Overpayment refund

Overpayment refund. On feb 13 my credit union account was drafted $1600.00 for car payment on a account that was already payed off. They claim that the payoff payment was made the same day as my arch payment . I called on feb 15 and was told that they would mail me a check in ten days ,that they had to send and get an approval from their bank for the check to be authorized. They told me I could go to my credit union and tell them that the withdraw was unauthorized . They knew by that same day if not at least the next day that an overpayment was made. They should of automatically returned the overpayment back into the account they took it from the same way they took it. I do not believe they should be able to keep may money for ten more days plus the time it takes for the post office to deliver it and me to take time to cash it , 13 to15 days interest free on their part , where if I were to owed them had to pay interest . I was told this was their policy , at no time was this ever stated in the policy procedures of the loan agreement. If they can collect the funds electronically the should be able to refund the same way without delay. My account number wasXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The person I spoke to was not rude ,if fact she was somewhat understanding and so was the supervisor ,I have no problems with them, my problem is with the credit unions procedures on handling refunds for overpayments. These overpayments should be returned with no delay as fast as the were taken and by the same method. They have no excuse for anything less than that.

Cinch Auto Finance I was "listed" as joint owner without my consent on a now closed auto loan account with the Credit Union Loan Source (CULS) that was charged off

I was "listed" as joint owner without my consent on a now closed auto loan account with the Credit Union Loan Source (CULS) that was charged off in July . The issue is that my ex-spouse charged off a 2017 Impala during the divorce process that I was unaware of and was not notified about. Apparently, all of the documentation that was required to be signed by both parties since it was a joint account, was forged by my ex spouse. We have not resided together/separated since August. The vehicle was apparently charged off 11 months later (as it states on my credit report). I was notified of the charged off by another potential vehicle creditor when I applied for and was subsequently denied while applying for financing approximately 4 months ago. I had been driving an older vehicle since 2008 and never needed/requested financing on a vehicle since 2008. I was shocked to learn that the 2017 Impala was charged off without my knowledge during a contentious separation and divorce. After doing my own investigating I contacting the Credit Union Loan Source, explaining the situation, and informing them that I had not received, authorized, signed any paperwork in regards to this charge off (FRAUD). I requested a copy of all of the paperwork and correspondence that would have had to be signed, several times from CULS. This paperwork was never sent/emailed as I requested in order to further investigate this fraud that was committed, even after several phone calls. I was told several times that their upper management would get back to me or that they were investigating the situation. I filed several disputed against this fraud on my credit report, each time CULS would quantify the debt without furnishing the fraudulent paperwork. The *** absolutely *** not furnish the required/requested documentation!

Cinch Auto Finance I recently sold my vehicle on December 9th which was financed through Credit Union Loan Source

I recently sold my vehicle on December 9th which was financed through Credit Union Loan Source. The dealer had paid the vehicle off completely on December 10th, with no further balance. On December 24th, a payment of $747.69 was taken out of my checking account. After the holiday weekend I contacted the business inquiring about the money that was taken out speaking with an unknown person. The unknown person, said I was not the only one this had happened to. I began asking when my money would be refunded to my account and was advised *** business days and I would receive a check in the mail. I asked if the check could be over nighted and was put on hold. The unknown person picked the line back up and advised the Manager, said it would be direct deposited in 2-3 business days. The call was ended shorty there after. Three days go by and the money is still not in my account, so I call back. I speak to an unknown female informing her of this issue. There were no notes in the previous call so she placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. She came back onto the line and advised she went ahead and Refunded the money. She then told me to turn off the automatic payment on my online account so this doesnt happen again. I told her money shouldnt be removed when there is a zero balance on an account. She went on to state all automatic withdrawals will continue to take money if you dont do that. She advised the money would be refunded in 1/3 business days. As of today January 3rd, the money is still not pending in my account. My bank has been contacted and they are unable to see any pending refunds coming from Credit Union Loan Sources bank. The bank manager said they are able to see any and all refunds as soon as its in their portal. An attorney has been contacted and I will seek legal assistance if my money is not in my account tomorrow, January 4th. My online account with the business states the money has been refunded, it hasnt.

Cinch Auto Finance Due to the Corona Virus I , for the the first time in over 3 years asked for a deferment

Due to the Corona Virus I , for the the first time in over 3 years asked for a deferment. We got approved for 1 or 2 months, but then were told only 1 We are a Food Truck business in Florida. Primarily working at bars and breweries. Starting March we lost many contracts and then the government shut down bars etc all together. Which left us with little income in March, 0 income in April and little income in May. Due to this situation I applied for a deferment of my truck payment loan and described the hardship. I am a good customer and and in good standing. As a matter of fact. I have not missed any payment of any kind for any thing. Always staying within in my allowed time. I received a confirmation email in which it stated that I was approved for 1 or two months of deferment. Based on that confirmation my wife and I were very happy and thankful that we can skip March and April and pay that at the end of the loan, as described in the terms. According to my understanding I submitted the May payment ( although still no business!) so that it would be 2 days before due date. Then I received a letter threatening me with reporting to Credit Bureaus and that there is a collection attempt. Needless to say I was surprised, shocked and upset and called this company because they refuse to send written comments! Which I would prefer so I have a record of what is said. The lady on the phone, named *** told me that I am late and that 1 or 2 really means 1. Which meant that I missed April not because I am deferred but because I did not pay. Which is ridiculous. So I explained to her that I received a confirmation and that we went by that. She had no interest in exploring the possibility that I am right. I asked for a manager, she said there is nobody. I asked for a way to complain in writing online, she said there is none. I asked what to do, she said I should write to customer service email. Which I did and NO RESPONSE in 2 weeks! This lady gave me the impression that she makes the decision in this case and no manager or other employer in charge in needed. Our situation has not changed here in Florida until last week and we were able to work one time and do it this weekend another time. However, I will make a payment anyhow because this company is not to be trusted. They end up reporting me and destroying my excellent and perfect payment history report without any notification or anything. Usually my payment would not be due until June 15th. But I guess in their mind 1 or 2 month means 1. That we are in a crisis is irrelevant to this company or to this lady for that matter. .
