If I could give this company a zero rating I would. It was not delivered to me but delivered to a different address. Not the company's fault. I was directed by Amazon to a site that I could send them an email explaining what happened and just asking what their policy is if they would cover another battery. I keep getting messages from Amazon that I need to contact the seller but I am and they will not respond. Such a [censored]ty way to do business. I wish my fiance would have read the reviews before purchased. Please Do not buy from this fictitious company. RIP OFF, RIP OFF, SCAM BIG TIME, RIP OFF

I never leave reviews but they can't respond back to me!? Bad business practices.

So, I bought a battery from Chrome Battery through Walmart, but they sent me the wrong one. It was a real pain in the neck to get my money back, and they even tried to take out the cost of shipping from my refund. They did give me a FedEx label to send it back, but I had to threaten to stop shopping with Walmart to get my full refund. I wouldn't recommend Chrome Battery to anyone.

I bought a battery from Chromebattery.com and it arrived pretty quick, only took 3 days. It worked great for about 6 months, but then it started to act up. I'm a truck driver, so I don't ride my bike that often, maybe only 5 days out of the month. But I do start it up every week to make sure it's still running smoothly. However, after 6 months, the battery started to need a jump start. It would start up without a jump if I tried it the same day, but if I let it sit overnight, it would need a jump start again. I'm not too happy with my purchase, especially since I paid $80.00 for the battery.

I bought Chrome Battery 'cause it had a 2 year warranty. But, the battery went kaput in just 6 months. I got a replacement, but it too lasted only 6 months. Can you believe it? Chrome Battery said that the replacement battery has no warranty. So, the 2 year warranty that they promised on Ebay is just a sham. The product is of very poor quality and there's no warranty to back it up.

I recently got a battery from Chrome Battery for my 1200R Sportster. Unfortunately, when I received the battery, it was in three pieces and completely useless. It was also quite dangerous to handle. I immediately wrote to Chrome Battery to inform them of the situation and requested a replacement. However, I am still waiting to hear back from them.

In the meantime, I have had to pay out a total of $45.80 for various expenses related to the faulty battery. This includes $15.00 for battery disposal as hazardous waste, $12.00 for photos of the damaged battery, and $18.80 for insufficient postage when sending the photos to Chrome Battery. It's been quite frustrating to have to deal with all of these expenses and still not have a working battery.

I really hope that Chrome Battery will respond to my message soon and provide me with a replacement battery. It's disappointing to have to deal with all of these issues, especially when I was looking forward to using my new battery. Overall, I would not recommend Chrome Battery based on my experience so far.

This company is pretty good. They got some really good customer service and warranty. But I ain't too sure about the quality of their batteries. I had to get two of them replaced under warranty already. And now, I got a problem with the latest one. The + terminal came loose from the battery and now my Harley won't start. The service shop thinks it broke loose inside the battery. And guess what? The warranty just ran out at 21 months, so I gotta buy another battery.

Got myself a snowmobile battery from Chromebattery.com two years back. Back then, I had some trouble with the charger, which turned out to be a faulty fuse. But I didn't want to let go of the battery, so I kept it in my garage and made sure to keep it charged for future use. Fast forward to January 2019, and the battery in my snowmobile finally gave up on me. Luckily, I had the Chromebattery on-hand, so I installed it and took it out for a spin. The first day went without a hitch, but when I tried to ride it again two weeks later, I found the battery completely dead and failed, with 0 volts. I tried to charge it up, but it just wouldn't accept any charge. I thought I was saving myself some cash by going for the Chromebattery instead of the Polaris one, but it ended up being a complete waste of around $60.

I'm pretty disappointed with the Chromebattery, to be honest. I was hoping it would last me a bit longer, especially since I took such good care of it. I'm not sure if it was just a fluke or if the battery is just not up to par, but either way, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable snowmobile battery. It's a shame, really, because I was hoping to save some money and get a good product at the same time. Oh well, you win some, you lose some, I guess.

So, I got this battery from Chrome Battery and it was a real bummer. The thing was busted open like a piñata, but the box it came in was totally fine. This company, Chrome Battery, is not the best in the battery market. As an elderly gentleman living on Social Security, I purchased a set of batteries for my wheelchair from them on December 18, 2020. The batteries were recommended by Chrome Battery for the application and model of my wheelchair. However, within just six months, the batteries failed to hold a charge and left me without a functioning wheelchair.

After contacting the company, they agreed to warranty the batteries, but I had to pay the freight expense to ship them to me. I was relieved that they were willing to warranty the batteries, but disappointed that I had to pay for the shipping.

Unfortunately, just six months later, the second set of batteries also failed. This time, there was no warranty and I was left without a wheelchair once again. It was frustrating to have to come up with the money to buy a new set of batteries so soon after the first set failed.

In my opinion, Chrome Battery makes poor quality products and I would advise others to avoid purchasing from them. It is important to have reliable batteries for mobility devices, and Chrome Battery did not deliver on that promise.

Chrome Battery has been around for a few years now. They used to make their batteries in the USA, and the quality control was really good. But then they had to move their manufacturing to China because there weren't any more lead mines in the USA, and they wanted to save money. Since then, the quality control has gone downhill, at least in my opinion. Some of their SLA batteries fail after only three years, even if they haven't been used much.

Their service isn't great either. The last three times I ordered from them, they sent me the wrong thing. It wasn't a big deal to fix, but it was frustrating and took up my time. And their prices aren't any better than other companies that make better batteries.

So, if you need a battery for something really important, I wouldn't recommend Chrome Battery. Keep looking for something better.

I bought a battery from Chrome Battery (chromebattery.com) for my motorcycle and it lasted just over a year. Ordered a battery from this site and wasn't satisfied with its quality. It did not hold a charge at all. Very poor quality of the product, just not worth the money. Chrome Battery customer service refused to refund my money because I had only a 10 day warranty and there was no way I could return it on time. They tried to be nice and said that they were very sorry that I did not like the product. That's all they did - just said sorry. Customer support was absolutely unhelpful.

After that the seller provided confirmation info and the tracking number, which turned out to be fake. And after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order.
