Choice Hotels / Quality Inn review: Dirty facility and unsafe location

Quality Inn / North Lafayette Rd/Indianapolis, Ill Facility was run down and very dated. Dirty. It was not a safe location and had transients living there. The front desk had no idea how to cancel my reservation (arrived within window to cancel). They had no number I could call. Lodged a complaint when I arrived home and they offered points for future use. As if I will stay at any Choice facility in the future. Will keeo posting about an expected contact from the company.
