Choice Home Warranty review: Choice home warranty cancellation policy

I have sent two emails requesting cancellation and never received any response . I called on Nov 28,2023 to request cancellation and was connected with a representative that would help. After a 21 minute argument with rep, she finally agreed to cancel my policy. I am to receive $400.00 minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.. which will be $350.00. I was told I could cancel at any time with  NO fee.

Policy effective date 1/9/2020 canceled 11/28/2023

Policy States ---I had a locked in rate of $350 per year times 6 years comes to $2,100 or 72 months. 72 months comes to $30 per month. I had coverage for 47 months... cost of 47x$30.00 = $1410.00

$2100.00minus $1410.00= $690.00 I should receive $690.00 And NO cancellation fee.

I am very displeased with Choice Warranty. 

3 claims have been denied and cancellation was very difficult and not what the policy states.

I hope to have this matter resolved in a timely matter.  I am not one to post negative or report to BB .. however this company has not stood by what was promised.
