I bought the chillwell item in may 31, 2022 & tried it when it arrived. It does not work to how the company advertises and the website said there was a 60 day return / refund policy. On 07/14/20221 sent the merchandise back thru usps tracking #[protected] 48. Box was picked up at postal facility from company person on july 18 at 7,20 pin.15pent $14.10 to ship back to chillwell/ ontel products corp 21 law drive fairfield nj 07004. Order # [protected], delivery date june 21, 2022 at 242 pin. I called chillwell on 7/18/2022 and was given a refund # [protected] by maf}velt and I was told that lt would be refunded in full ($262.15) & it would take 5 to 7 busines days. On 25th of july called and a re-5ubmission was put in and it would take 5 to 10 buisness days. I waited and called back on aug 16th they said they was re-submi"ng the refund and if by friday the 19th it not in my account call back. I called today the 19th and there was a huge run around about getting a refund. I was told to get it worked out with my bank woodforest. Can you helpme. Thank you
