As I went for my six month review hearing I was subject to a violation of my constitutional rights. The caseworker Kelly Ingles and the children's lawyer Corey Nies manipulated facts (complained to the judge I posted a petition on social media that endangered my children) as my children's names and faces were not on this petition, then my right to post said petition was well within my constitutional rights.
Without any evidence of my children's names and faces being posted judge fithian Barrett allowed cps to retain custody/ wardship over my children. (Even though I had completed all court requirement asked of me).
This office, caseworker, lawyer and judge need to be investigated. Children and families should not be treated in this type of manner. And these type of practices should not be allowed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Even if you did post your children's name and picture on this that is not child endangerment, what about all the parents who post their children on youtube, should they also have their children taken away. It is a shame the take your children away while they leave children in life threatening abusive situations.
