I was really hesitant to order this skirt as had recently been embroiled in a battle with an overseas company that sent shoddy products and then had awful customer service whereby the returns and refund policy were not honoured.
I took a leap of faith as it had been liked on Facebook by a trusted friend.

The skirt is floaty, true to size possibly on the generous size a little.
Well packaged so after hanging the creases dropped out.

Can't wait to buy more! I am normally a size xs in other brands but have learned that Chicwish runs small so I got the S-M and it fits! I was surprised that it had an elastic waist band which is nice... just in case I gain weight. I love the color options and the length is almost like a maxi on me because I'm short, but I love it because most Maxi skirts are too long for me so it's a great option for those on the shorter side. Only down side is the items take awhile to get and there were no updates as to why the items were not out for delivery. I had to reach out via email for them to tell me they were waiting on getting more in stock.

I discovered this website last year and I fell in love with its products, but while reading the reviews on the internet, I wasn't very sure how it would turn out. I eventually decided to order one dress and set myself up for no expectations. I ordered before the holidays and during the vacation time I didn't check the order status at all. The order arrived at my door in about a month (I live in Finland) and I had to pay customs for it, so please take that into account when ordering. But I must say, I was very impressed with the dress, the quality and the fit. It became very fast my favorite dress and I will definitely be ordering more from chicwish :)

I literally have looked at a really pretty tulle skirt and big bow sweater for about 2 years, but honestly, I didn't trust getting something from Chicwish. I even stopped the constant adds popping up on IG as I didn't want to be tempted by all the pretty clothes as I really thought it would be a waste of money. After having so many bad experiences with crappy quality and inaccurate products I've received from other over-seas shops (I'm in Canada), I just didn't believe it was possible that it would be as shown or described. I finally decided to take a chance and so happy I did! This skirt and sweater is really pretty. The sweater was shockingily as good, I might even say possibly better than a Ted Baker one (which it looks like it could be). And it got here in about 3 weeks. That also surprised me! Nicely packaged and no yucky smell like some other over-seas bad experiences.

Website very fast loading. Easy to browse sale items, easy to find categories. Loved to see what's selling. And Love free shipping. I was surprised that the products are made by chicwish. The "about" page has words like "buyers" and "hand-selected" which make them sound curated. But they are manufactured by Chicwish. One product I got was surprisingly dark for "khaki" and compared to the online image. The washing instructions are different on the tag than on the website. The skirt wrongly falls a little longer in the front than the back. I was surprised that the fabric on the skirt was stretchy. It looks like a not stretchy style. It is a full skirt. There's no reason for stretch. It also wrinkles very easily. Just a terrible combination. I just don't know where else to find a skirt like this so I'm keeping it.
One pair of pants had a different leg shape than the picture. I returned them. Return was easy.

First off, I cant get over how quickly they respond whenever I need questions answered. Usually, from my own experience, it'll take a day or so to hear back from anyone. Second, the Material of their clothesexceptional. Every item Ive gotten has been nice and thick, not dainty and thin like a lot of brands are. I really appreciate how they also give ideas for outfits too because there are times Im not sure when to put certain items with what. I Highly this recommend this company.

I have ordered multiple times for multiple items from this company. I have had excellent service and the products are beautiful, well-made and unique. I don't understand the negative reviews. I am aware that there is another company that advertises heavily on Instagram with a VERY similar name. Perhaps that's the confusion? I appreciate the fast service, quick response time to questions and quality of workmanship. My only complaint would be that I'd appreciate items in larger sizes as many times mine is sold out or unavailable.

I discovered Chicwish earlier this year and have been ordering from them regularly ever since. Sometimes I even order twice in a month. I believe their items are made in *** which is why they usually take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, although I did receive one item in just one week. Regardless, the quality of the clothing and accessories is excellent and their designs have truly influenced my personal style. Whoever is behind the designs is undoubtedly talented. They frequently release new items, which is always exciting to see. If you wear a smaller size, you'll be in clothing heaven. Even if you wear a size 18 or XXL, there are still plenty of options available that will fit you. The bathing suits they offer are the most beautiful I've ever come across. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. I wanted to provide an honest review.
