Chery Parts review: Incorrect order

I paid fully amount in october 31,2022 for the mag rim, but unfortunately they ordered the wrong size of the mag, since last year I am the one who always remind them about my order as for them they are so quite and when finally when tje mag came its wrong uts not what I ordered, so now I told them, I no longer want it its been long, I want my money back, they don't want to give my money back.

At first in july (will have to look for the date) I ordered, this rim but they ordered the rim for the spare wheel, so they said they can't give money back I must add money so that they can order the right mag rim, that's the one I paid in october, but still the order is wrong, now I no longer want tje mag rim I want my money back, plz help me.
