I sometimes went there and buy many foods or drinks but it seem the service there is so bad especially the Auntie Staff who never bother to smile and give me a rude attitude when i ask for plastic bags. It so obvious one of the Malay woman staff name Hayati was very terrible.Ever i purchase a milk and she never want to even give me a plastic bags and a second time i purchase three ice cream she give me a small flimsy plastic bags like the 7 eleven so stingy of even a plastic bags that is suppose to be given to customers but voz of their selfishness and stingyness thT makes it unhappy for regular customers. And of course my plastic bags break ...so unthoughtful of her Hayati

Our Tampines Hub has a supposedly state of the art, first of its kind unmanned/fully automated store. However, nobody seems to "maintain" or clean it. The microwave oven was burnt by some user (could be an accident due to a lack of regular cleaning and therefore the food residue catching fire or could be sabotage) but even though some people have complained about it, such as the burnt smell, nothing was done. Now it does not even work! I bought a food item but then realised that it couldn't even be heated up because the burnt microwave oven couldn't even power up! Cheers Singapore - do your job!

I am very happy with one staff which had her job done in an efficient, friendly, polite which always have a smile on her face no matter how long the queue is. Her name is Doreen Peh of cheers at Blk 12 Haig Road.

I am the customer staying at keppelbay. I went down to buy drink n was served by the cashier the indian lady fatin. She is very rude n impolite manner. Is this how her customer service towards customer. She seem look like not happy n attitude problem. I regret for having served by this cashier. So far what i notice all the staff is good n polite but got one staff the name ayu, her customer service was super duper very excellent n happy the ways she treats customer. She love to play with kids when she saw whoever customer bring the kids to the shop, she will play n joke with the kids. However i seldom see her working. She is the best ever to her customer service. Thumb up to her. I very happy with her customer service. Good job ayu. I hope u look at this matter toward this girl name fatin working at cheers carribean. Thank you.

Hi!i was doing top up at cheers outlet at Ang mo kio ave 10 today at around 22:26~Staff name on recipient is Ng Kok Kiang but I’m not sure isn’t the server name~by the way I’m very angry about this~normally when a customer asking can I top up $30 reload to my Singtel?it should be top up to main account but your staff even not double asking which top up do I need and he just go do a stupid plan for me~hello!for what I need local call plan $100 and international call $30~what I really need is data not call plan~data make my day to complete my work simply with my iPhone~please give me answer and solve the problems and I need refund this money and change back to normal top up~that’s two number with $60 and I won’t paid extra $60more to buy a new top up~FYI I always go to 7-11 and just simply said I want top up $30 then they will do it~please train your staff to make sure how to do the product ~thanks
