I've just checked my account and it's disappeared!
I have now only mined 0.04p
I'm extremely disappointed by this, I've added 2 referrals.

My gf and I collectively lost $2550 overnight. She had 500 TH/s and my account had 281 TH/S hash power and a couple hundred dollars worth Bitcoin just sitting their already mined as well. GONE!
Desired outcome: Refund of $2,550 at least.
Sorry for your loss as well. Btw, I've seen nothing but positive reviews regarding Royal Hub LLC so I believe I may give that a try after more research. Seems to have long term positive feedback.

I'm big mad. I put all my money in there as did my gf. I quit my job and everything thinking this was going to pan out. I can't get in touch with them via telegram or email. They also claim to be trust worthy by Trustpilot of 14,011 reviews. But this action shows discrimination and fraud.
I wouldn't invest another cent. My girlfriend and I lost collectively $2,550 plus a few hundred mined BTC at 3:00am this morning. I woke up 10am TODAY to remove $220 for my light bill which is due to be disconnected and my mined BTC and hash power was ALL GONE.

Where did my mining power go???
I had over 20 THS Mining power purchased on chai mine.org a BTC. Cloud mining website on the 4th of sept 2023 and now it’s all gone by 12 sept 2023 along with all my mined BTC. I have sent emails to the company contact email and still no response 24 hours later, I would like it to be rectified and my profile credited so I can continue mining. please I need this rectified asap. My transaction history is all gone, I can’t see any upgrade history my account looks brand new
I had the same problem. I found their adverts from a YouTube Ad. I have reported It to Google HQ in Dublín and to Youtube. I Lost 50€ but I see people here have Lost over a grand. I switched to bhole.io. you earn a hell of a lot less but at least It seems legit

It happened to me mate I went on first thing this morning all good then u went on abit later and it's like it has rest lost everything no response to emails no phone number think we might have been scammed unless there a genuine fault and it need to be sorted

Cloud mining
I paid for upgraded hardware over $1200. I was using device to make bitcoin deposits and withdrawals successfully until today when I logged on and all of my purchase history and upgrades are gone. This feels like a scam. No telephone contact and ignored emails. The fb account lists an email for a different registered company and address. The fb page says they are fixing things. There are numerous people online saying same happened to them on same day

I signed up with chainmine and made a multiple deposits they were paying for about 3 weeks,suddenly my upgraded power and my mined bitcoin was gone. I had about 50 t/hs and and about 35 usd value of bitcoin.all gone with no warning and no communication as to why.no reply on email so far.
