Chad Towing review: Unprofessional service

This company really rubbed me the wrong way they told me for two days they were sending a drive they also said a driver would be coming in four hours witch I waited gave them a call in 5 for them to tell my the driver was coming from out of town witch I waited more time mind u my car was on the side of a street not parked and it's freezing cold... So I call them back in about another 2 hour for them to make up another lie and say it's one driver because on went home wasted my time when they could of just told me they were booked or didn't want to come I would not recommend any one to call this company at all they are a piece of [censored]... [censored]ed my kids christmas up and had us waiting for nothing here it's 11oclock and they still haven't reached out so if u want to wast your time give them a call... Because theythey will surely leave u pissed off
