CertaPro did an amazing job with the project they were hired to do. They were professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Hiring this company made our renovations so less stressful.

Terrible paint job ! First crew very unprofessional. Paint on bedroom carpet floor, paint on cabinet hinges, new vanity had paint stains, ladder with paint in shower...holes in wall where they remove towel pack...

So DISAPPOINTED, company came highly recommended.

If you are looking for cost-effective reputable painters who show up on time you should hire Certa Pro. I not only use them professionally for all my clients but I use them personally in my home. They always go above and beyond and are so quick to respond and get me on their schedule. I will never use someone different.

CertaPro was super professional. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to painting. I wanted my small residential to have like a warmer tone. It was originally this bright yellow like a sticky note, but CertaPro repainted it quickly and smoothly to a much calmer brown. No hassle, no fuss, and they seemed patient with me even when I wasn't able to find the words I was looking for.

Initially I found these folks to be professionals. Two of the work crew they sent were two girls that looked as if they were just out of high school. They were overseen by another person. Since I was working on my Spanish, I thought this was great. The job was supposed to be finished in 5-6 days. On day three, the salesperson (nice guy) forgot to come by my home to lock it up. When I arrived the next morning I just walked right in. I was somewhat upset. My home was left unlocked from 5pm to the next day when I arrived. When I looked at my sink, there was a lump of dried paint. They clearly washed some paint brushes in my kitchen sink and left a clump of paint! Day 4, I was worried since they were only supposed to paint one wall so I could view it and approve the rest of the job. Instead, they painted parts of so many walls that it was mind boggling. They painted (with texture); an electrical switch was glued shut with spray texture and had to be replaced. They painted stained wood instead of taping it off. They painted one wall that looked like it had a hole in when they were done. They blew out an electrical outlet in a closet and didn't tell me about it. I only found out only after an investigation - all of my emergency lights were on and needed to be reset. I still find things they did...texture on the wood blinds? Who does that? On day 7, the supervising Certapro individual fired the employees they had and of course I fired Certapro. It was clear they did not employ professionals to paint my 1550 sqft home. My home was left with trash, and in much worse condition than when they started. In their defense, they did refund my $2k deposit (paid for the blown electrical outlet and court costs) after I filed to sue them AND sending them the information that I had in-fact filed to sue. Based on my experience with this company they get a "10" on niceness. They get a "0" on integrity, professionalism, experience and basic customer service.
