2 days ago ( 04/02/2024) I topped up my account ( increased credit by USD$50.00) via the AFA and initially was able to resume my searching. Suddenly my account with Cebu Women was in effect blocked because my email was "not recognized" and "invalid" I still have approximately USD$34.00 in the account and cannot resume searching or accessing services because of the email being declared "invalid". Please advise how to overcome this problem
