I booked through the accor live limitless 1300 phone number for a room at the sofitel darling harbour in Sydney Australia. The booking was with the hotel when I cancelled but the booking took $1210.91 aud at the time of booking from my credit card with a full refund policy up to 4pm on the booking day. We cancelled the booking (due to a positive covid test) and tried to get the refund through accor who claim it was made by a third party "web jet management" who have dismissed our request for refund as they did not make the booking according to them so I am unable to trace the refund any further other that the transaction on my credit card which was cci*hotel res [protected] usa 804.13 us dollar
the club room was only $759 aud but I was overcharged by cci hotel for $1210.91 aud
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND AND CLOSE THE SCAMMERS DOWN
