Cash America Pawn review: Laway items

I was a victim of identity theft with my debit card with PNC bank that wiped my account out on March 4, 2024, I have filed a police report, I filed with the State Attorny General of Texas and the FTC. I called Cash America Pawn at East Henderson St., Cleburne, Texas 76033 and notified them and was told they would hold the items until the bank provided provsional credits back to my account. When I received the credit I went to make a payment and was told the items had sold that day, so I lost the $431 I had in them. I am requesting a refund of the $431.
