Cascade Financial Services We receive our statement every month

We receive our statement every month. Every month it's saying something different. For instance, November shows amount due $1,099.17. December shows amount due $3,152.87. January 2022 shows amount $3,104.72. My payment is $1001.77 . Now my February statement shows $492.95. Yeah it bounces around. They also charge late fees and drop my credit score 14 when my bank shows they received the check but do not cash it for 2 weeks. I have tried to call several times, even leaving messages and still no call backs. They are ripping people off and they refuse to answer questions. My house wasn't even put together properly and when we notified them, I was told not our problem we got our money. So we had to pay out of pocket to get the house put together correctly. There were large holes in the walls and huge gaps were the ceiling were the house was not put together. Even with the pictures they don't care. My credit score has dropped several times because they can't get their stuff straight.

Cascade Financial Services I have been in an ongoing insurance claim with cascade for over a year now

I have been in an ongoing insurance claim with cascade for over a year now. The loss draft department has failed to communicate any issues with documentation that has been sent in. After a month of my final inspection I called to check the status and was informed that the paperwork had been "lost" during a change over. The agent got the paperwork sent over. I asked that I be kept informed on any delays or if they needed additional documents. After 2 weeks I call again to check on the status because I have not received the funds. The agent informed me that the documents hadn't been scanned properly and had to be resent. All of this After they initially "lost" the checks that had been mailed to them. All of this After one inspector said the work was 100% done and cascade disagreed. Not only did cascade reach not to me to explain what was wrong but they never explained what else they needed done to reach 100% completion. Dealing with damage from a hurricane is hard enough, cascade has made the experience even worse.

Cascade Financial Services I made my mortgage payment through their website on 7/3, that cleared on 7/6

I made my mortgage payment through their website on 7/3, that cleared on 7/6. On 7/7 my payment was returned back to my bank. I called several times to let them know, and was told SOMEHOW there were two payments 20 minutes apart and they didn't know why! I said I need to get my payment to them, the two separate representatives assured me not to worry. I told them it's my mortgage and they said my payment was received. There was nothing to do! Several days went by, they didn't come after the money they left it in my bank. I get a call from a representative who claimed he didn't know what happened but my payment needed to be paid. He had no concerns about prior call. I was concerned they would go into my account because last year I filed with ComplaintsBoard.com that they withdraw 2 payments and it was my fault! So I said I would go online with him and pay through my bank's pay, which would have my payment to them on 7/16! He agreed, I gave him the reference #. He said that he would tell them not to go into my account to retake the money out. He wasn't concerned that it was 6 days and the next day my payment (17) would be late. He never addressed or cared less about my calls seeing my notes on file, he blamed me and said if it's not there will have a late payment. Well somehow my payment showed up on the next day and he called me the day of the 16th totally out of disregard of my situation no empathy just launched into what I did did I cancel the payment that every check is scanned immediately coming into their building! He had me do a 3 way with my bank to believe that I didn't return it and we agreed that if it didn't return by Wednesday that the bank would automatically refund my money became they didn't show it received. I emailed support and they had this lack of concern and I emailed back what had happened and the I want to know when they FIND my check because it was delivered to them on the 16 and not accepted. The next day I get a email stating that the check was there. Meanwhile I have $15.21 late fee because they couldn't find it in the 16! They harassed me and had no idea what to do and then all of a sudden unexpectedly my check at the bank says it was delivered yet Cascade Financial Services said it wasn't that mail had 6 days to get to them and I believe that they did this to me internally because something similar happened last year around this time. The fact that the representative and the other associates lacked or declined to help resolve my issue prior to the late day they knew on the 17th FHA had to charge me this fee! I have given it to God, but if this happens to others and it's reported then maybe something can happen. I wasn't told until the 16th that I could pay my payment through a company like western union and know no cared how concerned I was about getting it there before the 16th, which lets me know my interest wasn't at hand.

Cascade Financial Services This company has made getting a loan impossible for our family

This company has made getting a loan impossible for our family. We have literally submitted all the information they requested in 48 or less. They sent someone who doesn't live in our area to appraise our land (which is paid for) and the home we want to buy and they low balled it. They then changed our loan type without consulting us first. They decreased our loan amount and jacked our interest up to 8.8% when we have good credit. I have reached out to them many time and can never get a response. I would not suggest using this company ever in the history of ever ... ever

Cascade Financial Services Run away immediately!

Run away immediately! Do NOT use them! Got a loan in may 20. They start calling you bugging about money on the second day of you 1-15 grace period. They will blow up all people associated with the loan. We found out they only gave us 100,000 in ins which had nothing to do with contents. Our loan was for 150,000 so we would have still owed them money and they wouldn't have covered anything in the house. Now it's April 21, we cancel their insurance of course for way better coverage. Now they are saying “we never paid for insurance" um we were required to have home insurance for the loan of course. They called me a liar about even carrying their insurance when I have three cancellation letter from cascade sitting in front of me. Horrible customer service seriously worst company ever

Cascade Financial Services Oh My, didn't know this existed

Oh My, didn't know this existed. I would love to share my experience of how I was disappointed and unable to get Cascade Financial Services to help a single mother that got a loan from them and bought her first home for her and her son. A home made of poor quality materials. A home I contacted Cascade to withdraw the loan for within the first 6 days I was finally allowed to even step in my home. I was denied the right to even look at it or get keys until I signed. I have never been more disappointed in my 43 yrs. I do not plan on ever paying off this loan or keeping this home. I just can't leave it yet. I have made it 4 yrs but disliked every single minute of it. Cascade, you will own this home. I promise you other individuals Won't. You can ruin my credit when I am ready for you to. Right after I get everything I need... you can own this poorly constructed trailer and your loan as well as your welcome to my credit & frustration! Ty Watch who you finance with; they do not care if you are pleading with them within days of a loan to stop everything.

If i could have given them a negative rating I would have! Do NOT EVER USE CASCADE! I paid off my loan in October. They told me it would take 90days to get my title to my mobile home. 90 days came and went and I called back and they told me oops we should have said 90-100 days when I reminded them it was already past the 100 day mark they claimed they would be sending me paperwork so I could go get a copy of the title by going to the license branch and i would get that paper in 7-10 days. Once the 10 days was past they said "Oh Im sorry no one actually sent it out let me send it out right now." I waited another 10days and never received anything so I called back and finally spoke to one guy that told me the truth (I had even spoken to a manager the last time when she said she was personally mailing it out right now) and said they lost my title and that I could file for a lost title if i wanted to but it would cost me or if sent them proof of the purchase back in 1995 with the original loan number on it then they should be able to send me a paper saying I paid it off and I could have the title. Thankfully I kept all my papers with me and I was able to fax it to them. I finally got the paper I needed saying i paid off the loan so I could go to the BMV to file to get the title but Cascade had left off the last letter of the loan number so until that is corrected I still can't get the title. IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS SINCE I PAID OFF THE LOAN AND STILL I DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE! Now I cannot get anyone at Cascade to answer their phone! This company is a joke and full of crap! They need to be given an F rating! They suck!

Loss Cascade Financial Services has had an insurance check from damages of hurricane [name of hurricane]. They received the check in November. I have done everything they ask, and they still will not release funds 11 months later. When they instruct me to do something, I do it, and the next person says something different. I just want to repair my home from insurance proceeds that were paid.

Cascade Financial Services Cascade Financial had my DiTech Financial mobile home transferred to them after I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy

Cascade Financial had my DiTech Financial mobile home transferred to them after I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. All debts were discharged in 2015 per the courts including DiTech Financial. Cascade Financial purchased the loan and then on June 16 reported negative information on my credit report. Cascade is not allowed to update my credit report with a negative remark on an account in bankruptcy and I would like it removed because it has dropped my credit score.

Cascade Financial Services We are harassed monthly stating we are required to carry flood insurance

We are harassed monthly stating we are required to carry flood insurance. I have contacted FEMA, sent the required documents, and proved we were, in fact, NOT in the flood zone. Days later, we will get a letter in the mail stating the map changed and flood insurance is not required. We have to deal with this monthly for the last 2 years. It is frustrating, and I have other things to do besides call them! I was told today on the phone that I needed to get in touch with FEMA and take care of it. I lost my cool. Something needs to be done! This has caused stress, and we will suffer the consequences.

Cascade Financial Services has flagged my account as two months behind, which is not accurate. As a recipient of social security, I receive my payment on the 4th week of the month. I have contacted them and explained this, but they still flagged my credit report. Additionally, I consistently pay more than the amount stated on the bill they send me. However, when I did this once, they claimed it was insufficient. I consider these practices to be extremely poor in terms of business ethics. I suspect that they are engaging in such behavior because my mortgage with them is nearly paid off. It is worth noting that I make my payments through my bank, ensuring that they receive a secure check. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I applied for a mortgage with southwest stage funding around November and John Smith was assigned to be my loan processor and he does not communicate with myself or the builder in a timely manner, repeatedly asks me for documents that were already submitted, has bumped my closing date without an explanation, went on vacation without submitting documents to the underwriters that I had previously submitted and therefore causing me to sign a new lease with the property I was renting from. He has not diligently handled my case file. I was promised phone calls from others associated with my file and received vague emails instead. This person should not be out front representing this company as he makes it extremely frustrating to complete the process. He also submitted to the underwriters false figures from my 2020 accountant statement.

I, as a customer of Cascade Financial Services, experienced roof and ceiling damage due to inclement weather. In response, I promptly contacted my insurance company, who assessed the roof and provided me with a check to cover the necessary repairs. Following their instructions, I forwarded the check to my mortgage company for endorsement. However, to my dismay, the mortgage company held onto the check for an extended period of nearly a month. Frustrated by the delay, I reached out to them for an explanation, only to be informed that I needed to sign the check and return it to them. Consequently, I had to wait for them to send it back to me before I could proceed. Once I received the check, I promptly signed it and sent it back to the mortgage company. In return, they only released half of the funds, which allowed me to begin the repair process for my house. Unfortunately, obtaining the remaining amount has proven to be an arduous task. Despite my persistent efforts, which have included numerous phone calls and voicemail messages to various contact numbers, I have yet to receive a response. It is important to note that my mortgage company does not provide insurance coverage; instead, I have a separate insurance policy with a different company.

Cascade Financial Services I cosigned a mobile home loan with my ex-spouse in 1997

I cosigned a mobile home loan with my ex-spouse in 1997. We divorced in 2004, and he was awarded the mobile home. Cascade Financial, not the original bank we took the loan out with, purchased the loan. My ex-husband has paid on this loan since 2004 solely without my help and the balance is around 10,000 now. I sent Cascade a written request asking to removed from the loan since I was only the cosigner, and since he has kept the loan in good standing all of these years. Even though they could release me from the loan with basically no risk to themselves, they refused. Since the payments are low, below 200 dollars per month, has been in good standing for 17 years without my help, has a low balance, and they have the ability to remove my name from the loan, and the loan affects my debt to income ratio, plus total debt owed on my credit report. Additionally, I am not employed and should not even qualify to be on the loan now. I should be given the above listed remedy. Thank you.

Cascade Financial Services My name is [Name] and my husband's name is [Husband's Name]

My name is [Name] and my husband's name is [Husband's Name]. Together we are filing a complaint against Cascade loans for refusing to file a water waiver on our behalf for hauled water. It is very common in our area and we have been told by FHA and Hud that this is possible if the lender requests it. Hud advised me to file a complaint against the lender since they refuse to file a water waiver. Our other complaint is that our loan was closed and funded in early January . The lender hired the appraiser, in which he appraised our property with a well on it. we had no knowledge of the mistake until 5 months later when [Builder's Name] Homes brought it to our attention. The property does not have a well on it. We had told our builder [Builder's Name] Homes that we would not be getting a well and we would go with hauled water. We made this clear on several occasions. Cascade is now threatening to declare us in default and foreclose on our home and property in which we haven't yet occupied.

Cascade Financial Services In the summer of 2019, I fell behind approximately 2 payments on my account (account #***) at that time, Green

In the summer of 2019, I fell behind approximately 2 payments on my account (account #***) at that time, Green Point had the note and it was taken by Cascade Financial Services. That's when I was informed that Cascade took over the note. However, they assured me that they would send a recommendation for me to make the delinquent payments. I then called Cascade in an effort to catch up on the payments. Unfortunately, I was only allowed to speak to the person who answered the phone. It was agreed that I would make double house payments until I caught up. The payments were electronically deducted from my checking account twice a month, once at the beginning of the month and once at the end of the month, starting in September [year]. Additionally, Cascade requested a voluntary reassignment of ownership papers for me to sign, which I have chosen not to do. This request makes it appear as if I have been behind over $1800 this entire time, due to the addition of late fees and current payments.

Cascade Financial Services My ex wife and I requested a release of liability from her home that she was awarded through the legal process of our

My ex wife and I requested a release of liability from her home that she was awarded through the legal process of our divorce. According to the Veteran's affairs there is a specific fee for this process. Cascade is going against this contractual agreement and charging a higher fee under a loan assumption rule of which my ex wife is primary on this loan which would only make this a release of liability because I am being released from the loan. During this process this company has been very unprofessional and discourteous. We have sent them the requested payment for this process to include any paperwork needed to finish it. Cascade will not update us on the status of this process making it a more difficult ordeal. Every time we call them its never the same answer or they need more of something. This has been very frustrating because we have been very patient with this company. This company has displayed a lack of communication skills, professionalism and integrity. My ex wife would like a better response with a bit more since of urgency as this will allow me to free my credit and purchase my own property.
