THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK! The managers show their employees NO respect, if we made 4cents an hour it would be a legitimate sweat shop. OVER worked and UNDER paid. We have to do ILLEGAL prior authorizations with insurance companies as we pose as medical assistants using click to call so that the number that comes up on the insurance company's phone is that of the MD's office. Work more than 8hrs a day and receive ONLY a half hour break, by the time you get your food (if u go out) the break is over. 99% of us want to leave, but either can't find another job or haven't started searching. I could go on and on... But it would take all day. The ONLY good thing is SOME of your fellow co-workers. Anyone who likes working here is either a friend/relative of the "head boss", there for less than 2 months, a manager or assistant manager, or a complete kiss ###! P.S. Erin is a SWEETHEART, she's great with her co-workers, and with patients (person who commented above probably asked for something outrageous and/or was rude) hopefully we can all move on to a better place.

I did get out thank God They are not professional they lie, cheat, and are disrespectful! Erin, John the billing manager should be fired, The way he spoke to me this last time was so rude, I couldn't believe it. Then Nick another manager spoke to me for the first time he was no help either, Stay away from these people, go anywhere else I could go on and on about the service and the care I got from these people, but I have to focus on taking care of my sick mother.I look forward to my new pharmacy In with the good out with the bad!

This place is one of the most illegal pharmacies ever! they are all LIARS! They do medicaid fraud medicare fraud every type of fraud out there. I cant believe a place like this is still open, it makes me sick to even know there are people out there like this. They seriously need to be shut down, if customers only knew what is being done to them. From the owners to the janitors are all LIARS. The reason the pay more than retail pharmacies is because you consider it hush money. I only worked there a few short months but in that time I could already see what is being done! If you are a customer please take my warning and get a print out of your insurance claims from this pharmacy. They are all about MONEY MONEY MONEY they do not care about customers at all! It is so disgusting to see how they post 6 figure goals for the employees, not to mention the amount of lies they tell to get people state grants when they could simply call there insurance to find a cheaper way of receiving there medications. This is not the type of place you want to work at TRUST ME! I cannot even believe i considered working for a place like this. I am truly writing this to warn you stay FAR away from this place. They speak to there employees like garbage and they are great at pretending. I witnessed with my own eyes the managers inputting in the computer that customers are receiving there medications when they have not. This is serious insurance fraud and i hope someone sheds light on them ASAP. LIKE I SAID IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF THIS PHARMACY PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING AND GET A PRINT OUT OF YOUR INSURANCE SUMMARY you will be shocked to see the amount of times your insurance is being charged for medications you are not receiving.

You must be from human resources. Any person with average intelligence would be able to recognize the marketing tone in your 'review' trying to sell your company with a 'nice office' and 'even our own parking lot'. Come on now.

This isnt a complaint...This is called a complaint board. In addition, they must be paying you well to say such wonderful things which are bogus. The company is self centered and treat the employees that do the work horrible. Wait until it is your turn, and you will be singing a different tune

I agree with you totally. They show the most unprofessionlism for a company that i have seen in a long time. Their training is in adequate and they look for reasons to basically throw you under the bus. Good luck in your search and i hope you find something immediately!
