I got my hair graft on November 28th. They told me the main doctor would be performing the procedure, but that was a lie. It was actually done by inexperienced nurses. They were supposed to place discreet grafts on my head, but they didn't do a good job. One of the staff members wasn't even wearing a face mask, and one of the nurses had the flu and seemed rushed. They gave me too much anesthesia, which lasted for a long time. The postoperative period was incredibly painful for over 12 days, and they said it was normal. The main doctor never checked on me, even after the postoperative period. This clinic is dishonest and is damaging people's self-esteem with their poor practices. I want an investigation to be done to verify if these people have the proper license. The doctor is never present, doesn't perform the surgery, and doesn't check on what's happening. They only care about money and don't take responsibility for the harm they cause.
