Capital Construction did a roof fascia and gutters restoration on our 1880's house and the work was excellent and completed on time. The communication before and during the project was very good. We hope to use them in the future.

Capital Construction helped us with a major exterior upgrade on our Queen Anne Victorian. They installed fiber cement board siding, added an electrical outlet and repaired an existing outlet, replaced rotting wood above windows and under gutter, painted all trimwork and painted back porch floor, replaced front porch floor supports and installed Trex decking. Great communication and beautiful work.

I was kept informed of the progress regularly. The work crew men were very respectful and mindful of a health epidemic currently ongoing and kept everything clean and safe. Capital Construction came and repaired some water damage caused by a roof leak - their second visit to our home, after doing a full renovation last year. On both projects, everybody was friendly and professional, but their team really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, putting the extra work in to really make sure everything came together perfectly.
