Camella Homes review: I'm complaining about the Poor Service of our turnover house in Crestwood Camella Antipolo

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of urgency regarding the turnover documents for the property we were informed about in May 2023. Despite our continuous follow-ups with your team, led by Jane Florano, we have yet to receive the Certificate of Occupancy documents and the Meralco line connection.

After thorough inquiry, we discovered that the necessary applications were only made in November 2023 at the Municipality of Antipolo. This delay has been concerning, and we urge your management to take immediate action to expedite the process.

The lack of responsiveness from your team has caused significant inconvenience for us. We have made financial arrangements to complete the downpayment with the expectation of moving in promptly upon receiving the necessary documents. As a result of this delay, we find ourselves in a challenging situation, paying for both our rented accommodation and the mortgage for the new property. This has put a strain on our finances and has created an undue burden.

We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your immediate efforts to provide us with updates and expedite the processing of the required documents. We demand collateral damages because of this incident.
