Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. Who would fall for this?

I have also received email from Cambia Health Solution. The faster you "cash the check" the more you get paid. Or more like the quicker they get your funds before the check is discovered to be bogus. The entire business process is absurd. Who would fall for this?
