I signed my contract with CPL on 10/29/2021. The dig didn't happen until January 6, 2022. They followed with the plumbing and then things stopped with no word or work being completed until March 14, 2022, when the electrical and steel went in. I have had to repeatedly ask for information on the customer portal for all the schedules that have happened, I never received a note from CPL prior to any stage happening. I had contractors showing up at my door at 6:30 in the morning, I did not know they were coming. Very inconvenient to say the least. On their website they state that their construction managers are on site at the beginning of each stage with the subcontractor, which has not happened at all on my project, not even once. They came by a couple of times to do the quality checks on the job, which has not always been a good thing. Example is the placement of the pool equipment, which should have been according to me and Dustin’s discussion when I decided to move it. Contractor showed up and just put it in the wrong place. I did agree to leave it, since it was already completed. Then we have another break of 14 weeks before Shotcrete was installed. Got that all installed and now they've completed decking and I was also told that once it got to the point that it was to happen, I'd be able to say where I wanted the handrail installed. That didn't happen, so now it's in the most ridiculous spot and they won't move it. Said that I signed a CO stating where they would put it. That placement was made by the designer and I had no idea where it was going. Never saw the plan where they marked it. Now I've cancelled it all together and will have to hire someone else to install a rail where it will be useful to get in and out of the pool. I had to turn away the crew that showed up this morning at 7am to do the acrylic decking because of this handrail issue. No telling when I'll get to reschedule that - NO COMMUNICATION. This is the worst company ever to do business with. I've made all payments to date in the amount of over $52K and the supervisor Steve was out today to try and "HELP" with the situation - he was rude and ask me "what part of the contract I didn't understand. and which part did I want to negate"?

Desired outcome: I'd like to be compensated for the waste of time that I've had to deal with and the issues I feel are their responsibility
