I am going through some debilitating physical issues at the moment and I needed some nasal strips for my sleep apnea. I go into the Shoppers Drug Mart at 2863 Ellesmere Rd Suite 207 on June 13th at about 3:20pm. I take my item to the self checkout stand. As I am scanning my items the cashier walks from behind her booth and begins pacing behind me, literally watching my every move! As I paid for my items and exited, she walks right up to the security scanner and stands right beside it, staring at me as if she was hoping it would go off! I felt embarrassed, humiliated and sickened. This is NOT the way to treat a paying customer. I had the receipt in hand and this cashier was still profiling me like I was a criminal thief. I will NOT be giving my business to Shoppers Drug Mart again. You have lost a well paying customer for life.
Desired outcome: Nothing, you are boycotted for life

So sad, they ate very rude, indeed, especially the one on Elm St. in Sudbury...Stay away from the big employee Krystal, she is very aggressive and scary!
