Mr. Lube Canada - Tires rotation

Hi. Yesterday 15.Nov.2023. I went to mr lube shop for winter tires rotation located at spears road in Oakville before any work on my tires

workers first tried to up sale me with some things which I didn't want,they offered services for cash money no invoice for extra air 100$ and balances 150$ which I refused,so thay start to taking down tires and totally damaged one nut thay told me to fix that I need to pay 160$ per hour and they need couple of hours to do that,I refused services in total but ended up with damaged nut and rim

Claimed loss: 500$
