Bambuzo Was not able to cancel my order!!

I bought something from Bambuzo and after I paid for my order I decided to read the reviews. Next time I'll read them before buying. Anyway, I decided that it was better to cancel my order and avoid all the possible headache, but things were not so simple. I contacted Bambuzo and they agreed to cancel my order and later they said that my order was cancelled. They said I'll get a refund within 2 or maybe 3 weeks. That was way too long but I decided to be patient. After three weeks of waiting my order arrived. I contacted Bambuzo again and demanded my money back. Their rep pretended he had no idea what was I talking about, he said that I was supposed to be happy that my item arrived. Are you kidding me? I asked you clowns to cancel it but you still shipped it to me! All the negative reviews I saw were right, Bambuzo is a garbage company, beware!

Bambuzo Do not order from Bambuzo!

I have ordered a phone case from Bambuzo website and did not receive my order. Tried to contact these guys but never spoke to a real person. All I received was computer generated messages and no solution.
People, Bambuzo is a scam company, so don't you ever buy anything from them. Just go and check their website! For some reason all the pictures are blurry and very poor quality! Item description is a also a complete fail. There are also tons of negative reviews online. Do not order from Bambuzo!

Bambuzo Baby Alive

I ordered an dollbaby for my daughter on December 4, and used my Visa card .On December 10 they sent email starring my oder was void and said I would be getting a refund in 24to48hours never received it they said I gave them an card number that ended with 1356 I don't have a card that ends with that number but the card I used the65dollar disappeared off my account I know they changed my card number after they took my money some kind of hacking now I'm out of 65 dollars and my kid that has sicklecell don't have her dollbaby that she really wanted

Bambuzo Really bad service

I ordered an item on Bambuzo and paid $350 for it. But I got the wrong item and contacted the immediately . When I called they first told that it is impossible.But then I was told that I needed to send them a photo of the item and add the scan of the enclosed invoice. I told there was no invoice and then was told to send them a return shipping label . But there was no return shipping label as well. Thank goodness, I paid with PayPal and finally got my money back. I wish I had spent just a minute to read the reviews about this company before ordering. I must say I was lucky, but I lost around 10 hours of my life and $30 in return shipping fees. Don't risk and buy anything from Bambuzo. They don't include necessary document in the package, so it's very hard to get a refund from them.

Bambuzo Unable to get refund.

Bought a Garmin Golf GPS from Bambuzo. I bought the wrong one, which was admittedly my fault. Got a return number from them and paid for the item to be shipped from the UK back to the US. The delivery was tracked so I could see it was successfully returned over 2 moths ago. I've still not had a refund. I've sent chaser emails and had no response. Phoned them this evening, the number directs me to a voice mail, only I can't leave a message as their mail box is full! Looks like I'll have to try getting the money back from my credit card company.
Wish I'd looked before I bought as there a lots of reviews saying what a scam these guys operate! Don't go anywhere near them.

Bambuzo Item purchased not received

I bought a item from Bambuzo. Couple of days got a receipt and tracking number.{Shipped from the USA - USPS Epacket (tracking) I live in Brighton England.
I live in Brighton England. The packet was delivered to a address in the States.
I payed through paypal which automatically gives your address. How can they get this wrong ?
They are not answering emails even ones through paypal at this moment.Trying to get my moneys back.
One other thing, they say they are in America but they use China post ?

This is a update of my original compliant.
I have now received the item I purchased, I have all so closed the case with PayPal.
I have to say dealing with www.bambuzo.com has been a nightmare, they do not communicate, the tracking info was a waste of time. To top it all I had to pay £12.03 at the post office to retrieve my item. It seems if you have customs involved, you incur £8.00 Royal Mail handling charge. The balance £4.03 was import duty and VAT.

I bought an item. They declared it in stock. Itis now 13 days idling on 'Sent for Shipping'. I emailed asking where the epacket tracking number was, and I still have yet to hear back anything. I have had worse experiences, but help me if this is starting to look like a scam. Their customer service is non-existent. Just, don't. Stick to Amazon if you can, these guys seem like con artists looking for a cheap buck.

Bambuzo I got wrong phone and seller stopped to reply

I bought phone and laptop from the website www.bambuzo.com. The services were the worst, ‘coz I got only phone from them. But the model was different. I returned it and spoke with the rep, who excused about the delay and promised to provide the order ASAP. After that this jerk stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

Bambuzo The seller provided empty box. No phone

I bought a phone from the website www.bambuzo.com. I got the empty box from these jerks. The box didn’t contain the phone. I was shocked and took picture of this box. I contacted the seller and asked to return money or provide the phone. The seller continued to keep silence. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Bambuzo Their guarantee is bad. No one returned my money back

I ordered two phones from the website www.bambuzo.com. Don’t buy from them, ‘coz the company is dishonest and scamming. My order arrived in damaged condition, but the seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and only once they replied and promised to transfer money, but nothing happened. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
