I ordered a "free" Motorola Bionic and after nine hours between Verizon and Wirefly and not too mention the time sending it back Fedex (on their nickel), I got a phone that is listed on Verizon as having 16g and I forgett what size memory card. Well, long story short it only had 8g and zero memory card. I calling them back but don't know if I have the nerves left to do the callback....

i ordered 3 phones on wirefly. i have 3 issues that are unresolved even after sending an email and speaking with a supervisor.

1. i signed up for unlimited texting but whatever they sent to verizon said 1000 minutes. i was charged $127 in overage fees my first month.

2. all three phones on the wirefly site were listed as "free activation" but verizon billed me $35 per line. verizon said i need to go through wirefly. wirefly first said they dont offer free activation, but another rep said they used to . now they have a $35 prepaid visa card for each eligible...

I went through 3 days of trying to get a phone with these scammers. They said I was approved by t mobile but I needed to call customer service to answer some security questions. The woman I was dealing with was from India or somewhere (outsourcing at it's finest) and I could hardly understand her. She proceed to ask me questions that no one would ever remember like "who did you sell a prior residence to over 15 years ago?" Are you serious..she declined me... Wirefly *** you in with the FREE $300 phones for a reason!!! HELLO, they wouldn't be as big as they are if they were losing money. Once your signed up LOOK OUT!!! I order 3 Blackberry torch with AT&T, the order went through, and then they call me to pay $450 as a deposit. I did that.

On 12/7/2010 I ordered a MyTouch 4G phone from Wirefly.com with the renew contract option for current T-mobile customers and to add unlimited web access for $30. Around 10am I received a text message from T-mobile stating that my web access had been update and to check my account if I did not make the change. I am not one to complain or bash a company & I am a patient person, however over the course of 18 plus days this company wirefly has pressed my buttons to the point of me throwing my hands up in the air & just giving up on ever getting the phone that I have been seeking. Not only is WireFly's customer service garbage, the people working there are complete morons. How hard is it to follow the instructions on THEIR order form?? They screwed up my order and gave me numbers in a different area code. They're so slow to respond and the phone wait is so lengthy that I had to call the carrier to get it fixed.

I ordered at wirefly because of the price. (summarized at the end) I had two issues:

1)I got an invoice saying I would not have to pay an activation fee, which is one of the reason I went to wirefly (for the cheaper price). When I was charged the activation fee by verizon, i talked to wirefly and they just flat didn't care. They gave me the run around over and over. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOR SURE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY THE CHEAPEST. Their sales department is completely disconnected with their order processing department so it is impossible to follow up on mistakes of the sales department that lead to errors in processing. They completely disown responsibility for any mistakes and you are left holding the bag. Do not buy your phone or service from wirefly . They trap you into buying from them and then getting the rebate is next to impossible . Unlike other rebates, these you have to mail not before a specific date, , , and not after 180 days, , , but if you mail it before, , its void, , and if you mail it six months later, , its too late, , , by two or three days, , , very unfair business practices . Bought a Palm Pre with Sprint service through Wirefly for a $50 discount over the Sprint product. Should not have done.
