Bought the wig on 9/18 23 Informed u in the time frame to receive full payment back . Because looked nothing like what the picture showed. Color wise and everyghing. You kept emailing me to cut it wash it change style everything . Stalling me around without giveing me a address or how to send it bac, I sent the picture of the box like you wanted and picture of the wig.inside.the box . Still a run aound passing time. Still have not heard back on what to do. Very frustrating and disapponted with this company and your add on my facebook. Which I have not put what I think online yet. I woluld appreciate a answer and where to send this.

The wig I ordered was not the wig I received
After many weeks of searching for a wig most like my own hair (and after hair loss due to medication) I found a wig on the Wigsis site that I thought would work best for me. It was $125 and so I ordered it and paid $128.75 on my debit card. When I got several emails regarding shipment, I discovered that it was coming from China (didn't know that) and to let them know when it arrived which it finally arrived June 6. NOT what I ordered and emailed Customer Service.
The woman responded as follows:
Hello, Thanks for your cooperation. The wig color you received is same as the color sample 25B. We believe you will look very nice in this wig. Would you mind try it once more? Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Regards, Mildred

I know you get a lot of complaints about this company. first of all, they do not honor their refund policy. I order an wig in April iao $113 and it took over a month to receive it. When I received it, it wasn't what I order. emailed them the same day of receiving the wig requesting a refund, because it didn't look like the picture on the website. customer service is no help, the only thing they do is try to convince me to keep the wig. I would like to get a refund.

This sight really impressed me. What a joke. I ordered a wig, paid over $100 for it. When I received it, it looks nothing like what i ordered. Sent an email so i could get the return directions and address, It's funny it was mailed from the United States but you have to return to China. First they offered me a $30 refund and keep the wig. I refused the offer. I was then offered a $42 dollar refund and given the return address, which like I said was China. It was going to cost the rest of the amount of money I paid for it so why even bother. I had to accept the 42 dollars. This company knows what they are doing. Using pictures of people with their own hair, not wigs. Please Please don't order from them. You can see the number of complaints.
Desired outcome: I already accepted what they offered but would be nice to get the full refund. Wish there was a way to shut them down .
Ugh, I fell for this too. Pictures and fake reviews on their site. I tried to publish a review on it which, guess what, never shows up once I submit it. I paid $214 for a wig. This platinum blonde wig which looked like it was made for a clown showed up! I guess I could use it if I want to dress up as Dolly Parton for Halloween!
This site is one I would never use again. As a matter of fact, I did not know I was Ording from them not until it was too late to stop the order. Never use your credit, make sure the seller is in the United State before you place the order. I have contacted over and over again because I wanted to cancel the order. Without any luck that is not happening. I doubt anything can or will happen concerning getting my money back. I was also charged a International feed of $3.09 plus the coast of the wig. This is crazy. Please do not use of order anything for this company.
A wig
I'm sending a complaint for others not to order or have anything to do with this company. Unfortunately, I never looked into the company before buying a wig from them. Sadley, I only saw the reviews and complaints after receiving my so call wig, it was absolutely horrible the color style nothing like the picture. I feel like I'm getting nowhere trying to return the wig. I will take the lost not wanting to have anything to do with this fake company. I believe this is a scam, please don't ever order or have anything to do with them, I will be telling everyone about this company. Live and learn, I wash my hands with this issue.

This company does not communicate after taking the money until you reach out to them, they keep your financial information and there is no way to remove it. They will not cancel an order even though a cancellation was initiated. They continue on ignoring your request to cancel the transaction. This is not a company anyone wants to deal with on top of charging 5x the going rate for a wig, they are preying upon people who more than likely will not dispute.
Desired outcome: Do not ship me anything and cancel all transactions. Remove my financial information.
I'm sorry you had a problem with them as well, I never read reviews complaints until I received my wig, I want everyone to beware of this fake scam company. I ended up throwing my wig out into the trash and learn by my mistake not looking into this company further.
Wrong product sent deliberately
I ordered and paid for what I thought was a FULL LACE WIG. What I got was a SYNTHETIC wig with ½ mesh on both sides of a center part. This wig had TRACKS and full lace wigs do not have tracks. You are able to part the wig from any place on your head. When confronted with over 50 plus texts, I was told to exchange or try to sell the wig to someone else. This wig was sent to me from an ONLINE SELLER 327 Lyons AVE Newark, NJ 07112.
I had to get an Attorney involved and prepared to file a Lawsuit to get my refund.
Desired outcome: Have not received my Refund of $150.00 as of 02-23-2023.

I made the mistake of ordering a wig from wigsis prior to reading their reviews. I hope this review will help someone avoid loss of money and the disappointment I felt after contacting wigsis by email. At first, they advised that I should send pictures and that they would certainly assist if something was wrong with the wig. First, the wig took a long time to arrive because it came from China. The wig was not the same color or texture. I provided pictures which showed this, as well as a defect in the wig which made it impossible to comb the top of the wig.
Their response: They claimed nothing wrong with the wig. Not sure how they can claim this after looking at the pictures. They would give me 15% discount on my next purchase. I will never purchase from them again. Their site states refund within 30 days! I emailed a few times but after their first reply, did not get a response. I am on social security and I splurged $114 on the wig because I really liked it. I did not receive the wig I ordered. Please don’t buy from this insensitive, crooked company.
I recently made the same mistake. You should see the crap they sent me. Now I'm out $189 and they keep telling me something different, i.e., I can get another custom wig just pay the discount, I can get a partial refund and keep the wig, I can send the wigs back and they want me to order another wigs. They just keep giving me the run around. I have lost the money and I will never do this again without googling their business to see if there are any complaints.
No return or customer service at all
Bought a wig sis wig and contacted right away multiple times with no customer service at all. Wig was advertised as human hair and appears synthetic and color is a purple not the brunette on website. Contacted at least 6 times with no response started day of delivery with photos. Nothing but one email saying they would give me a deal on another wig then nothing. Not return my money, zip, zero nothing. I was hoping this would be a good experience and would of been a future customer.

I ordered a beautiful wig online since I lost all of my hair with chemo... I received the wig and was so disappointed because it was way too much hair for me... I immediately contacted wigsis and asked what I would need to do to return the wig for another wig. The company emailed me and asked that I take pictures of the wig in mint never worn condition. I sent pictures with no response... Nothing... I sent email several times again with no response... I am so upset because I don't know what to do with this beautiful wig... I waited several days and since I desperately needed a wig I ordered from paula young... What a difference in customer service...
My experience with wigsis has been really bad... Just a little warning as to what you will experience with this company...
Yeah…I have bought 4 wigs from them now and only have 1 that I like. The other 3 will be getting donated to a cancer place. The last one was so bad I sent I them several emails and pictures and did not get 1 single response. You get 0 customer service with this company.. I am trying to hide my bald spots and scar tissue on my scalp resulting from having very aggressive skin cancer removed and reconstructive surgery.

The picture on the computer looked beautiful. There is nothing beautiful about this wig. I am so disappointed.
Hopefully they will refund my money, but reading all of the complaints against them I doubt it.
I am 81 years old & should have known better, but when you are depressed about losing your hair you are willing to believe that good companies are out there to help you.
Incorrect order
I received a cosplay, synthetic or some other type of material other than 100% human hair in which I ordered from WigSis hair on line. I requested a refund because this was not what I ordered. WigSis admitted the hair was not real and they didn't want it back because there was nothing they could do with it and asked if I could sell it to someone after I told them about the wig dldn't take to heat such as curling and flat iron nor did it take to colours, only Human hair does these things. After admitting to the wig not being human hair they offered to make me another wig this time 100% human hair but they charged me $120.00 $10.00 less than the wig they sent me both wigs with a 15% discount off the original price, in other words they were trying to make me buy another wig. The wig I received was Sku:CCB062206 purchase: April 28, 2022 received around late june. WigSis excuse was they had to make the wig. The order no:TA220428C4814. The exchanged wig sku: EH0803044 with a $14.00 dollar difference in price. They offered me a 15% refund in which I turned down. I have no photos is the reason for the sku numbers. I have photos but camera is not working now. I will try to send a photo later.

I ordered a wig from wigsis. It said it would be just as pictured. It was not. The color was totally not as pictured and it had a lot more hair than it looked like in the picture. I am definitely not satisfied with this purchase . I purchased the wig on June 13th. Order # TA220613C2102. I bought it online using Paypal. I have not worn the wig and would not wear it. It looks awful.

I received a wig that was not 100% remy as was in their description. I couldn't curl, flat iron or colour it. this wig is a Halle berry style 16 inches . It has a very waxy feel that let you know it is set in its style. Human hair can be curled , straighten and tinted. WigSis did not want this wig back saying it was nothing they could do with it admitting it was not human hair. This company should be made to refund everyone they have scammed. I have no photos but the sku is: CCB0612206. Total misinformation.

I ordered a Remy Human Hair wig, which took over 3 weeks to receive. I bought it for my friend overseas who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is devastated. And the wigs where she lives cost thousands of dollars. So I didn't have time to research like I should have. But after getting the horrible fake wig, I emailed them for a refund as their website states. They first asked for pictures, then said it looks fine and that I should give it a try. Then offered a discount on another wig, and finally gave me half off. This was after a few responses from me that I still wanted the refund. I finally told them what I really thought of their fake cheap wigs and that I would contact my credit card company who would investigate their scam, which I did. Their last email to me was that I could return it to an address in China, which I had known they are from China, calling them out on it in a previous email. I did not reply to that last email. I'm not wasting any more time on them. My credit card company said they will contact them and if they reply (which they usually don't) then the cc company may ask for the email thread. My advice is to appear in emails like you are trying to resolve the issue. I mentioned their return policy and they replied as if to give it to me but pictures were needed. So I have the thread as evidence. I also told the scammers that I would write a review to warn others about their illegal practices. They will not get away with this. If you are reading this before purchasing from their fake site, good for you! I suggest you do not buy. If like me you got tricked, it's ok, you're not alone. Don't give up and don't give them a penny! Contact your credit card company to dispute the claim. I wish you all the best!

Arrived this wig in 4/16/2022 and I start to complain about this unusable wig because was total different what I ordered. The style and color and material was awful not over $100.00 maybe $10.00. I sent a lot of email back and forth and they answer was if I order again they promise me make the better product. I sent a return request with the picture what I got and this email was 7 days ago and never responded my return and refund question and I still don't know the return address. My contact email was [protected]@wigservice.com and I contacted with only one person. Please help me get back my money. I'm very upset this happened with me after I got COVID I lost my hair and this is why I ordered this wig.

I purchased a wig from this company there site states to allow 15 days before your order ships. I waited for 45 days before the order shipped. Then it took another 2 weeks before I received the order. When the order arrived it was not what I ordered. I ordered a full lace wig 130% density deep waive. I received a full wig no lace at all which I do not wear. I contacted the company and they stated can you send us pictures of what you received they should know what item they shipped me. I sent the pictures and never heard back from this company. They think just because I stated that I received the item they are off the hook because they sent something. Now I have a over $200.00 wig that I can not use. I would like my money back from this company because they are a fraud they do not have the items you order after they receive your money they try to find a company that may have what you ordered that is why they do not know what was sent to you. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and with my bank to get my money back if they do not respond within 24 hrs this is so sad to have to go through this.

I have not receive my wig yet, but I am already dissatisfied. First I thought I was ordering from an American company with wigs in stock. I see the wig is coming directly from China. I guess that is why it has taken 5 weeks to hear that it has been ship. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. Since this wig is costing way over $100, I am expecting what I ordered, but from reading these reiviews, I see that is doubtful. I will wait and see but I already know this isn't going to come out good.
