UPS keeps destroying the boxes they send to my company and losing/damaging all the parts. They also have the most annoying group speak commercial where there's a bunch of people sitting around a table saying the same thing over and over. The scene is a small start up and they all try to say "sentences" ending in the word "growth". Then they all say the word "awesome". How stupid. I'd fire every person repeating each other and thinking they are getting something done. If that's the competitive way UPS operates, there is no wonder all the boxes come in...

I am a combat veteran and single mom, that was hired with UPS as a Part Time Supervisor. I was originally placed in the hub, however, upon upper management learning I had a Bachelor's degree, I was pulled out of the hub and placed in feeders as a yard control operator. I had a beautiful new Tassimo to give to my friend in Langley, BC.. She was unable to come out to Kelowna to get it and UPS was recommended as a safe way to ship it to her. Well, this was sure wrong.
When I did not hear anything for a couple of days, I traced the package and was told that my friend had refused to accept it.
I contacted her and she said she had not even heard from them. I told her that a surprise was going to be delivered to her.

Use to love the guy that made deliveries for this company. For months now the new driver is lazy and a liar. Continues to say he's made attempts to deliver when all he did was drive by, if that much. We live up a 300 ft driveway we share with 2 other houses. He has often left shipped items by the road to be found at a later date. Refuses to drive up the driveway to attempt to leave packages. UPS left me a final notice they made 2 attempts today, one at 1noon and one at 3pm when I was at work and left me a Info-note at the reception downstairs of my apartment building and when I called their office to re-schedule a pick up as I don't drive which is not on a bus route so as for me to pick it up from their depot. I requested them to either deliver after 5pm at this same address or re-route to my office. A UPS truck ran over and killed our family's beloved 10 year old yellow Labrador in our driveway on Friday, September 19, 2014. The driver pulled into our circular drive where our two labs are contained in our invisible fence. He delivered our package at the front door, got back in his truck, did not look for our dogs, but instead accelerated too fast, ran over our lab, then dragged her for 20 feet (we have many pictures of the 20 foot mark of her fur and the black screech of his tire). I ship with UPS almost daily. I do warranty work for another company and ship on both their account and my own. While using my own account, I shipped an item to a customer of mine. It arrived in a damaged condition so I promptly filed a claim. I had paid for $1000.00 of insurance and I estimate there was $375.00 worth of damages. I was told by UPS that they would not pay the claim because the item was improperly packaged. I have sent dozens of this same item the same exact way without any damage over several years. I ordered 2 concert tickets (was worth $300) from a trusted website to attend a Katy Perry Concert in Phoenix. The package was shipped on September 1, 2014 and arrived in Tempe two days later. At that point, I was under the impression they were going to deliver it soon. Between September 3rd and 12th, someone stole the tickets. I reported it to both UPS and the seller on September 12th. UPS started an investigation and searched for a week without finding the package. UPS called me about it three times and did not apologize. The seller provided replacement tickets and apologized for the inconvenience....

I have a package to return from Amazon and got the return label almost two months ago. The website said they would come and pick-up in 2-4 business days. But after one week, still nobody came. UPS told me that they didn't deliver to P. O. Boxes, this is only after picking up the package, carrying it across Southern CA, and giving it to the post office in a completely wrong town. Then they sent it back to the shipper and told us it was our fault and we have to pay again. Apparently it's our fault that they put the package in the wrong town, and it's our fault that no notice was sent to our PO Box due to the fact that it was IN THE WRONG TOWN. When we contacted customer service, he told us he couldn't care less and that "he wouldn't lose any sleep over it"...

I ordered a dresser that left Colorado. I ordered through Amazon and they were using UPS to ship. This dresser went to Nebraska and then Des Moines IA in order to reach me in Iowa City, IA. It shipped 2/25 and the estimated arrival date was 2/28 at that point. Then for no apparent reason some fool in Des Moines sends it to Phoenix and that's where the fun began. Was supposed to deliver a package with signature and ID requested. Left it on my step when ive had stuff stolen before with them. Delivery guy lied and said it was signed for in the email notification. Are they forging signatures now! UPS - Georgia, Atlanta - UPS Guarantee

Shipped a package UPS CT to GA, with it I bought a $5 three guarantee delivery. Package arrived two days late. UPS said not guaranteed for adverse weather. Why am I buying a guaranteed delivery for $5 if you will not take responsibility and guarantee it.
UPS did not give refund and also did not even refund $5 for the cost of guarantee.
UPS, sells a guarantee for $5 and has a 100% return on that service. Does not have to get there on time and do not have to refund anything.
Lets not use UPS anymore....

I called in a return for an Apple product, I was told to pick a pick date and time that was good for me, she listed all options all which included morning pick ups. I explained I worked and it had to be before 3pm, and that I needed a receipt. I was told it wasn't a problem 9-3 was in the system for the following day and all was well.
