I have a package to return from Amazon and got the return label almost two months ago. The website said they would come and pick-up in 2-4 business days. But after one week, still nobody came. So I began to call and email their service. Every time they just replied that they will call me back in one day and pick up for me. However, even no one called me back until now! UPS told me that they didn't deliver to P. O. Boxes, this is only after picking up the package, carrying it across Southern CA, and giving it to the post office in a completely wrong town. Then they sent it back to the shipper and told us it was our fault and we have to pay again. Apparently it's our fault that they put the package in the wrong town, and it's our fault that no notice was sent to our PO Box due to the fact that it was IN THE WRONG TOWN. When we contacted customer service, he told us he couldn't care less and that "he wouldn't lose any sleep over it"...

I ordered a dresser that left Colorado. I ordered through Amazon and they were using UPS to ship. This dresser went to Nebraska and then Des Moines IA in order to reach me in Iowa City, IA. It shipped 2/25 and the estimated arrival date was 2/28 at that point. Then for no apparent reason some fool in Des Moines sends it to Phoenix and that's where the fun began. This mistake was made and I was never informed. I waited several days and then several more days only to call and be told it was in Phoenix and should take a few more days to get back here. Was supposed to deliver a package with signature and ID requested. Left it on my step when ive had stuff stolen before with them. Delivery guy lied and said it was signed for in the email notification. Are they forging signatures now! Some packages are too valuable to lie about, not just because it costs money because it costs people time and some things need to be delivered by a certain date. I want my delivery charge back....

Shipped a package UPS CT to GA, with it I bought a $5 three guarantee delivery. Package arrived two days late. UPS said not guaranteed for adverse weather. Why am I buying a guaranteed delivery for $5 if you will not take responsibility and guarantee it.
UPS did not give refund and also did not even refund $5 for the cost of guarantee.
UPS, sells a guarantee for $5 and has a 100% return on that service. Does not have to get there on time and do not have to refund anything.
Lets not use UPS anymore....

I called in a return for an Apple product, I was told to pick a pick date and time that was good for me, she listed all options all which included morning pick ups. I explained I worked and it had to be before 3pm, and that I needed a receipt. I was told it wasn't a problem 9-3 was in the system for the following day and all was well.

UPS is a company full of liars. I got home an hour before a package was to arrive to find out they tried to deliver it 2 hours before they stated they would. After speaking with a manager, she promised to mark urgent and have them re-deliver it to me. I was told to expect a phone call in an hour. ON Monday December 2nd I had been out in my garage working with the garage door open facing my driveway. At 1:05 pm I went into the house to clean up to go work. AT 1:38pm we heard a loud bang on the wall. ups was supposed to deliver a package to my house on the 4th of December. I called them 5 times this day they kept on telling me that it was on the truck eventually at 8pm I called the depot number again and the person I spoke to told me that "were sorry sir but you will have it by tomorrow" and this never happened. So then I waited around all day again today December 5th and now at 930pm its still not here. This package is now 2 days late and I will not be home tomorrow and I told them this and they told me "well if your not home tomorrow then we can just deliver it to you next week"...

My company was making a shipment from Hong Kong to Atlanta using the UPS Saver Rate which promises to delver from origination to destination in 2-3 business days. The shipment was registered by UPS HK depot on Nov 19th 2013, then it went into an endless delays and UPS had no idea how to handle it. Teh excuse UPS gave was that your package was in the shipping process and we were waiting to load it onto the lane. UPS driver has been bringing our deliveries almost every day and leaving them whenever he wants. The girls at the front desk had asked him several times not to leave it in the hallway where we have to have a full access for the patients on wheelchairs. Today I asked him again to take it to another hallway, he gave an attitude and said: don't talk to me like that. When I said I will file a complaint, he cursed me out in front of the patients. UPS is horrible, never ever I will recommend it to anyone....

As an ASO - I shipped a package that was insured for $700. The item (properly packed) was still damaged by UPS. We have provided all the information that they have asked for - but today, 8 weeks into the claim, now they want us to ship it to a third party evaluator to determine if it is fixable or not. Plus they want documentation of the shipper sold it for as opposed to what the replacement cost. The claims people are arrogent and condescending and have the attitude that everyone should know the constantly changing rules that UPS uses to not pay claims. Buying UPS insurance is a waste of money...

To whom this concerns.
I have had 3 deliveries this week and not once did the driver buzz my apartment number. He just left a ticket for me to pick up my parcel. I do not drive and have to have some one take me to pick up my parcel each time. I was home each day the notice was left. If you are paying this guy to deliver you are paying him too much and I should be paid for picking my parcels every time they are not delivered. And now I have to send some one to pick up my parcel for the 3rd time this week I would appreciate it very much if you could look into this matter as it is really starting...
