I have purchase Note 3 in Dec 2013. Since then I returned to Samsung three times and seems
they are not capable of fixing it. It is not usable. It switches off
automatically or goes in restart loop. After few restart it will go in
silent mode; and many more issues. Overall using any sort of audio makes
phone not usable for at least 15 minutes. Simetimes none of button
works; we have to take battery out to get it started. We have done
factory reset numerous times....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My Galaxy S4 battery (worth $20) has been draining super fast and is swollen. There has been a recall on it. Called 5 times within 2 days and they playing games and making me run in circles. At the last conversation when it was "agreed" to send in the battery for diagnostics, the supervisor I was talking to asked that I send the receipt to show proof of purchase of the phone. I purchased Samsung Note 3 cell from Chroma Surat on 5th April 2014. It started giving problem from the month of August 2014. I had given for servicing. They replaced LCD and Vibrator. I asked for replacement but Samsung told if the problem occurs again they will replace it. Soon after 10 days again it started the same problems. I have given it back. Now they replaced mother board. Samsung - LED tv

So I bought a big screen TV from a big box retailer. For awhile it was fine. It came with a 12 month warranty. After the 13th month, of course, it starts to fail. In the 14th month it won't even turn on any more. I took it to an authorized repair site and called Samsung to see if they could extend the warranty to cover the repair since it was barely out of warranty and the tv cost over $1000 originally.

Well the Samsung folks gave me the run around claiming too bad so sad warranty was over. But the panel itself failed, and a repair would cost more the 75% of a new TV. Finally...

My 5yrs old TV is not working from past 1 month. I havebooked a complaint. My complaint number is 8467719582. Customer care team isoffering only 35% of the total value of the TV as parts are not available withSAMSUG. Parts are not available, this is SAMSUNG problem then why should Isuffer?
If you can’t rectify the problem in my TV then I want a replacement TV. Because I can’t afford a 30K TV.
I need an immediate solution for this....

The handset shows the problem of long duration of charging in the first week it self. My cell phone- Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 has got stolen on 19th July 2014 near Dindoshi bus stop, Malad (east), at 6:30 pm. I boarded the bus no. 40 from hanuman nagar bus stop, Vile parle (east). There was huge rush in the bus from Hub mall. While getting down from the bus at dindoshi bus stop few people gather around me and one of them took my cell phone out of my pant's pocket quickly. When I got down from the bus I realized that my cell wasn't there in pocket, It has got stolen. Please help to track my phone and get it back....

This product is a piece of junk and Samsung has no permanent fix for the problems we are having! We purchased this unit in July 2012 and 1 month out of warranty, the unit would ice over in the refrigerator compartment and would not keep food cold. I now unplug it for 48 hours, put our food in ice chests and let it thaw. It will then work for a month or 2 then the same issue.<br />
I called Samsung and they responded that since I was out of warranty, I would have to pay for this. In reading the hundreds of complaints online, I know that this could cost about $500, depending on who comes...

I bought a double door fridge in January 2014 at the Game Clearwater Mall store. On Sunday the 22nd the fridge stopped working. I then called Game on Momday morning to explain the problem at hand and the urgency of the matter because of all the food that would go off should there be any delays. I bought a Samsung refurbished 55 inch LED from newgg (see their compliant). After newegg had refused to honor their warranty, I had to deal with Samsung. The problem with the TV is it continues to turn on and off which has been a known problem for Samsung leading to a class action suit. However, they will not fix my TV despite my attempts to point these facts out to them. If I can spare an individual the agony and monies dealing with these companies I will at least glean some satisfaction. Buyer beware....
