ProFlowers - mothers day 2014 flowers dead on arrival and twice wrong arrangement

On the Friday before mothers day 2014 flowers were delivered to my house containing white Asiatic lilies, white iris, and pink tulips. The arrangement arrived in bud and directions were followed. The next day they bloomed and dropped by the end of the day with leaves turning brown and dying. The arrangement was so ugly, and didn't fit properly in the vase. When I talked to the sender he asked how did I like the multi color arrangement with blue iris' & I told him that it was all white and pink but seeing that money was tight I didn't push on the fact they were dead and I had no tulips...

Proflowers has been charging our acct $14.95 in unauthorized charges under a misleading name on our statement "Easy Saver" since Febaruay 2010. My husband ordered my flowers for Valentines day in February 2010, and since then this charge has appeared. no notification has ever been sent to us, and he was unaware of this as well. This is robbery and sneaky. I have all statements indicating this charge and will be pursuing this further....

I placed an order for Valentines Day. However, my flowers were not delivered on that day. The following day I called when I realized the person had not received the order. When I called, I was informed they would redeliver and proflowers apologized and explained that they had used their sister company Florist Express to handle the deliverers they were unable to send. I was instructed the florist would deliver the flowers between 3-4pm and if the individual had not received them by that time, I should call back and let them know. I called back when the package had not been delivered after 6:37pm....

Ordered some flowers for a funeral. Two days after the ceremony, I found out the flowers were not delivered. I called to complain (they finally made it two days later, frozen and brown as apparently they had been misplaced and left to sit in a truck for a couple days in the Montana Winter). I understand things happen but that is not the reason I am writing this complaint. Proflowers issued a refund in the form of a "we care" coupon. I tried to used the coupon last week for a valentines gift but found out my refund had an expiration date! I appealed to them but they explained that "we...

My complaint is similar to the other complaints with ProFlowers. I placed a Valentines order for my wife on Feb 4 for delivery on Valentines day. By 9AM on Feb 14th, I checked Fedex website and my flowers were sitting in a warehouse. The next morning, I contacted Proflowers and told them about the failure to deliver. I was expecting more than an apology since my valentines day and anniversary was so disappointing. I asked if I could get some assurance that some kind of complaint would be filed. I ordered a specific flower arrangement for Valentines Day and a different arrangement was sent. This was the perfect set of roses that my girlfriend loves and I was absolutely counting on this to make things romantic for our special day. Instead of making things right, their solution was to pickup the wrong flowers and give me my money back…not to deliver the right arrangement or even another arrangement. They wanted to go and take the flowers away from my girlfriend and leave her with nothing! 100% Satisfaction is a joke! Don’t buy flowers online from this website or company ever...

I ordered flowers for Mother Day because I was told this company was hones. The flowers were delieved on time and where beautiful and thought I would use them again. I do NOT often order anything on the internet. Now I have two additional charges on my bank account that I have no idea where they came from!. One is for freeshipping and one for a Tricore Inc!. The third week in May I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com and today I had an additional charge for 'free shipping' for $12.97 on my card. I see similar complaints for this, what is going on and how do I get this removed from my card?

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery --paid extra to have them sent on Sunday. Saturday afternoon I got a form email saying they couldnt fulfill the order but would deliver them Monday or Tuesday. I called immediately and was told I would get a free upgrade on the bouquet along with a partial refund. They said they would call my mother and apologize. Simply put, none of this ever happened. No refund, no flowers were ever delivered. I feel so rotten that my mother got nothing on Mother's Day. I spent the entire week this week trying to get through to Proflowers to get my money back...

I posted earlier that I had a feeling I'd regret sending my mother flowers from this company and, sure enough, I was right! I just talked with her and found out that the tulips were wilted and limpy when they arrived. Not only that, but they didn't fit into the 'free' vase that came with them. I didn't know that the tulips were going to be miniatures, but they were. My mother said that the flowers didn't even have that little sponge thing on the bottom of the stems to help keep them fresh during delivery. Live and learn...and, believe me, I've learned to NEVER...

On 11th May I ordered flowers to be delivered in Virginia thru Proflowers website. I got a order confirmation from them as well… next day they sent a mail that my credit card was declined due to insufficient funds.

On checking with my bank ( Mashreq) they confirmed that Proflowers have successfully blocked the funds on my card. Since then I have been exchanging mails with them. Yesterday 18 may I called them as I couldn’t chk the status of my order online.

Wendy (the agent) told me that they don’t have a delivery slot available so they cant deliver.....

Ordered their 39.99 valentines special and lo and behold, they charged my credit cart 72.95. called within ten minutes and their customer service person told me that "due to the high valentines day order volume, they wouldn't cancel the order" . They did send me an email offering to knock off 4.99 from the price of the "deal". five bucks, really? I have been fighting these people for the last few days and have contacted the BB, my credit card company and their advertisers.

These people are simple crooks and I will do everything to keep people away from this...

I ordered Valentine flowers for my MOM they were to be delivered the Friday before V-day I recived an e-mial tell me that the flowers I ordered was not available that they were sending something else. that wasn't the big problem ... the problem was they were not delivered until the Monday! Not happy with the service. ok now on to the flowers I recieved on V-day they were dead the next day all dropped over 2 dozen roses form Pro Flowers This company is not what they claim to be! Very disappointed with the servce and product...

I ordered the $29 "special" for a bunch of supposedly beautiful tulips. I've been buying flowers for my wife for 20 some years. She called me into the kitchen to show me how they are already wilting 4 hours afer she opened them tonight. And the $29? The actual bill was $59 with all the charges. These are clearlyh the worst flowers we have ever ordered. The name should not be "proflowers" but "bloflowers". Right now I am hearing the on-hold messaging tell me about how they have "low cost" flowers and they get shipped fresh and they have are "the longest...

I received flowers (tulips)@ work today from my husband from Proflowers and was so disappointed! I usually receive gorgeous flowers from him and I could barely hide my utter disappointment when it came boxed, wilted, droopy and barely standing up. My husband sent me 24 muticolored roses from Pro-Flowers. They look nothing at all like they do on their site. My husband is mortified. He would have done better with street vendor flowers. Lesson learned. I would never recommend ProFlowers to anyone. The roses are tiny and wilted and just not all vibrant. So disappointing to know that they use false advertising and deceptive photos. Nothing at all that I would gift to anyone. My husband came back with much nicer roses from our local supermarket for one quarter of what he paid ProFlowers. I will definitely let all my freinds and family know not...

I ordered a tulip arrangment, that looked really great on proflowers.com. my wife brought them home and i was utterly embarassed. they were TINY. and some wilted. i would have been better off getting a ten buck arrangement at my local grocery store. i wish i would have read the reviews on this site and other before i purchased from proflowers. they were also delivered via UPS, not a hand delivery of flowers like you would expect. seriously? ups delivered in a box? never again proflowers. never again. my local shop or grocery store is the only option for me now......

My husband just had Proflowers delivered to me for Valentine's day and I'm about in tears!!! They are HORRIBLY wilted and look like I picked them from my own garden...3 days ago!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!! Your signifigant other will NOT be pleased!! ProFlowers - UNDER delivers twice in 1 week!

I used ProFlowers for the first time by purchasing two separate arrangements this week; a $70 arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday and a $50 arrangement for my sister for Valentine's day (cost of arrangement alone).

My first disappointment were all the "hidden fees" prior to check-out. I expected a $9.99 delivery fee, but then there was a $2.99 HANDLING FEE, and an additional $4.99 fee to guarantee delivery on V-day. REALLY? Now I have to pay to ensure they arrive on the correct date????!

I assumed a local florist would deliver the flowers......

My daughter ordered Asiatic Lillies for the anniversary of her brother's death.They arrived, (2/11/10) limp & near wilted. I thought I could revive them with cold water & water spray & placed them on my son's site @ cemetery.They have never been without water since receiving them, but, it was too late. When I went back to cemetery today (2/12/10)they were even worse, soft, drooping, blooms un-opened & clearly near death! When I return tomorrow I fully expect to find them as candidates for the trash barrel! I had heard negative things about Pro Flowers, but now I have first hand experience!...
