I have been recieving harrassing phone calls from this company for at least 2 years, DAILY for the last 3-4 months. I have asked them more than once to remove me from their calling list. Now I get calls where when I answer, they hang up on me. I have'nt owned the car they keep calling about for over a year. THEY WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! How do I get this to stop?...

We purchased an extended auto warranty for my husband's truck. The transmission failed. After contacting the warranty company, then towing his truck to a Ford dealership, we were informed that the company has the discretion to replace or repair, using used parts. NOTE: This information is written in the contract (which, of course, we did not interpret as salvaged parts). Also, the warranty company does not pay for the diagnostics (required to determine vehicle problems), and they limit the amount of money they will pay a repair shop. MIKE KAHLBOUN w/tag #16067 called my home phone yesterday and told my 74 y/o mom that I owed money on a warranty. My mom wanting to help me paid him $450 on her debit card and told he would make 10 more payments for the warranty. When my mom told my I was furious because I've gotten those stupid calls before telling me my warranty was running out when they know that I don't have a policy with them. These people are DISGUISTING SCUM How dare they take my mothers money, she is a 65 year old lady who works hard for her money and all she wants is to grow old with her little car with out any problems and this is why she fell for this terrible scam. They took $1, 200.00 from her account in a matter of three months, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Granted she should've never given her card info over the phone but who knows what they told her . I cant believe this is BEING done. Does anyone know how to get the money back or at least how to stop these assholes from carrying on?...

Calls claiming that your car manufacturer's warranty is expiring, and they are the only authorized entity to extend the warranty. Will not put you on a do not call list. Almost had my wife convinced they were legit. Check sites like this or BBB before you deal with them....

My 89-year-old mother signed up for this "policy" and within a month called the center again to cancel, once she realized she had misunderstood her need for it. She was billed over $200 dollars, and forfeited this. In a subsequent phone call, I, her sone, spoke to a representative and asked that the account be cancelled and that we were not requesting a refund, simply a cancellation. i was told the account was cancelled, and took the name of the rep with whom I spoke. I was sold a preview policy by a Steve Castelli. I was told that I had 30 days to preview and all I needed was to call to cancel within the 30 days. I attempted once to call and Mr. Castelli told me he would need to speak with my husband to cancel the policy. Upon my second phone call nearing the 30 day, Mr. Castelli told me I would need to send a cancelation letter in writing. I asked to speak to his supervisor because I was quite unhappy about the deception that all it took to cancel was a phone call. Mr. Castelli refused to give me the name of his supervisor.
