Dear Sirs,
Booking number is: O8ZPJV - URGENT
I have been trying since the 12th August 2014 to get you to respond to all my enquiries of which there are many. I have called your offices 5 times to discuss this and still have received no results. I have explained that on 12th August I booked the following flights listed on the confirmation attached:
FD610 Departing 03 November Bangkok to Siem Reap
FD611 Returning 06 November Siem Reap to Bangkok.
You have confirmed this by e mail (attached). Subsequently, same day, I received another e mail (see below) that shows me flying in and out on 06 November. This is not correct. I have received no e mail receipt from you and two different confirmations! I have also explained in the various correspondence made on line that you have problems with your system. Todate I have computer generated replies that are nothing to do with my query.
I have spent 15 hours trying to sort this out
I have spent a fortune on phone calls from Spain
I have registered on AirAsia.com in an attempt top sort it out - not possible
I have tried to manage the situation on line - not possible
I have tried to manage the situation through manage my booking - not possible
I have joined twitter in an attempt to get a response - no response
I have sent eight e forms with full explanation and attachments
you have not responded other than inappropriate computer generated responses that are not related to the issue in hand
you have taken the money from my account
you have not sent me an e mail receipt
you have sent me two different booking confirmations
you have not assisted me at all in relation to this issue which is very clearly a technical/computer error your end
I would now ask for your full co operation and assistance.
the correct dates are as initially booked:
Departing 03/11/2104 flight FD610 - 10:20
Returning 06/11/2014 flight FD 611 - 12:15

I have tried to attach the above e mail but your system won't allow me to change the format in which I received it and your system refuses it in the existing format as an attachment. However these various attachments have been successfully mailed to your office in Thailand as an attachments.
