High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Troubles, problems causing me into anxiety, depression, worries

Instaed of fixing problems with Facebook, they chose their own way for you to log in on their website, So my 12 years playing experience with high 5, now I am back to level1, points down to 0 with their new website log in. They always do things they want to do and never ask for public onions before they do it. There is no egulary daily "under Managment" time set up, they just di whenever they want. And they don't even bother to give you an estimate time for users to wait.

Never a game site can cause so many trouble and problems like this one.

Recommendation: Just say goobye and go find another better game site

I found Hi-Fi casino back in in February of 2023 so I started playing, I deposited money into my account so I can play to win real money, I found a game that I really liked so I kept playing it this game had a bonus by feature on it, the bonus by feature would go like this if you were playing 40 cents you could buy the bonus by for $40 this one all the way up to $100 bet and buying the bonus buy for $4,000. Needless to say I started getting up on these on this game to the point where I was hitting 10,000 and then I was like oh crap so then I hit 15,000 then I was up to 20 I got all the way up to 74,000 and yes I would draw money off of it I was trying to get that money off of it I was sending it to my squirrels account you can only redeem $100 at a time and wait for it to go into your account and then you can do that as many times as you want to with however much you have in your account. Not 2 weeks later all of a sudden my account is shut down my skrill account is froze all the gift cards that I had redeemed all stopped so they weren't sent to me. When I called them or emailed them nobody could give me a straight answer as to what was going on they thought that I was doing money laundering but I wasn't so they kept my account off where I couldn't get into it I couldn't get any more money out of it so on and so forth then I received an email that says we are sorry to inform you that there was a glitch in the game that you were playing and we respectfully ask that you pay back the money that you withdrew from us no I did what I was supposed to do I put money in there to play with I started winning I went through the money that I won and now you want to ask me to pay you back the money that I won you didn't pay me the money that I had one because you claim there was a glitch in the game needless to say they got to keep the $74,000 and not pay it out to me because they said there was a glitch in the game well that's pretty damn convenient isn't it I don't think they seen anybody win that much money and they just didn't want to pay it out. So I hope nobody wins that much or goes over anything because they're not going to pay you out they're going to figure out a way to get out of it and say there's a glitch in the game.

What do you mean by squirrils account? If you had more than one account and used the promotional money in the extra account or collected bonus on it your account can be banned an terminated as soon as they see the duel ip addresses. your only supposed to have one active account per household...

If what you say they did is true then shame on them. I have had bitcoinpenguin reject a payout but they gave me my deposits back they didnt want to pay the 2 btc jackpot i had won. it sucks to win somthing and have it ripped away from you . its one of the worst feeling in the world

Page and it keeps telling me that. There is already an account with that mobile phone being used; it is probably the account I am trying access.

Hi i need to speak to who ever is in charge I have a serious issue..there is Game play issue on clover blitz. I've tried repeatedly for the last 2 weeks to get a response for this issue but you guys won't reply.. most likely due to your games is totally actually at fault for malfunction.. this is highly aggravating. My account says I am restricted and I have 523 dollars on there I would like to cash out or play and im not sure why I can't get in the game all I done was try to login from. I was told my winnings were on there way over 2 months ago I still have yet to have my winnings I have spent a good amount of my money on the high five casino I spent over a hundred and then finally won and when I did win I won $200 but still continue to play but when I did we deem my money I redeemed $100 my hundred dollars was never sent was never given to me was never mailed to me was never nothing that you did nothing at all they said my winnings would be on their way I filled out all the paperwork I did all the things that they asked me to do and they said it was pending then said it was on its way and nothing has ever showed arrived or direct deposited and that was over 2 months ago

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Fraudulent charges

I had my business account hacked and they made 8 ACH payments to High 5 Casino. I had to close the account and reopen under a new account number. The bank has been no help. The web of transactions is ridiculous. Everyone involved claims they cannot help.

It took 2 months to get transaction numbers from Wells Fargo. The phone number they provided was for Cross River Bank in NJ. When I called them they said these transactions were deposited in a Trustly Bank account which is their client. They provided an email address for Trustly. I contacted them and they say they cannot match these transaction numbers. They suggested contacting High 5 Casino. Good luck!

There is no way to contact High 5 Casino. No email for support. No phone numbers. Just an address.

There has to be a way to track these transactions.

Somone you know possibly children, spouse. co workers, somone you know took your account numbers and used them. Its not so easy to hack into an account for such a petty amount of money. Put two and two together. Your account information was exposed to somone you know and that person used your account to gamble.

The Daily Spin is a wheel with 8 equal sized spaces. You click on the wheel, it spins, and you receive a token amount. I have been playing for years and 5 days out of 7 the wheel will land on 90k tokens, which is the lowest amount. This would equate to 0.04% chance or 4 out of 10,000. Pretty much impossible. I could play the Powerball every day for 800 million years and my chances of hitting the Jackpot would still be better than my chances of hitting 90K 5 out of every 7 spins. The highest spot on the wheel is 18 million tokens. I have never hit that spot on the wheel.

Hi im Roy Ronquillo username phoenikera623 from phoenix arizona i tried redeeming 2 over 1000$ cash winnings multiple times only to have trustly or high five casino cancel the transaction. I am very unpleased by this casino and how it operates and trustly is now sending me msgs i have an unpaid debt of 150$ and their sending me to collections. Their support staff was no help, all they told me was to try redeeming on a desktop. Then whats the [censored]ing point of making a mobile phone app!

I have been trying to cash out my winnings of 1,900 for over a week now. I keep getting a message stating they can not contact my back at this time. Customer Support keeps telling me someone will look into it. It's been well over a week and still no result. Bottom line is they didn't have a problem taking money off my bank card. Now why are they having trouble

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Redemption Request

I submitted 3 redemption requests on Sept 20, 2023 - one $7,000 and two for $2,000 - all are still pending even though their site says a 72 hour turn around. I have emailed daily with only canned responses back and no other action. All of their phone numbers go to a generic message where you can not leave a message. The money was won fair and square and demand payment. If the company is a legit as they state, this should not be an issue.

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Sweeps coins per Postal Requests.

The end of May 2023 i signed up for an account with High 5 Casino. Upon their Sweeps rules They have Changed them more then 5 times within a 2 Month Period. Each time i've sent requests out, i never revieved them. It seems like they want to throw us off so they don't have to credit us sweepscoins. They threaten you when you ask about the missing postal requests saying they will ban you for asking about them. That's ridiculous. It just seems they're so shady.

On June 5,2023 I won 100.00. And I won another 100.00 on June 12,2023 and another 100.00 on June 16,2023. When I cashed they told me 48 to 72 hours. I never recieved it. I have gave them my player card number my email address and all info they asked for and all they did was put it back on my sweeps account. When I tried to redeem it It will not let me give my info so I can redeem my winnings. What will it take to redeem my winnings.

I’ve been playing on high 5 Casino and I’ve verified myself and even redeemed $1000 through Skrill, I won one day and redeemed $1,000 6 times through Skrill because the max it let you redeemed is $1000 each time. So I made 6 redemptions, they only deposited $4,000 into my Skrill, the other $2,000 was still pending, the next day I won some more I ended up putting $2,000 of the Skrill money back to high 5, and then I started to win it back, this time I redeemed $7,500 and they they still owed me $2,000 in redemption, they deposited $4,500 into my Skrill and now they owe me $5,000, I won more the same day and I redeemed $4,000. I waited for my payout but it stills say pending. Then one day they cancel $6,000 of my payout and 3 of them is still pending. I didn’t know what to do so I redeemed it again through Skrill, and they made a deposit of $500 in to my Skrill account and the rest still says pending. They sent me an email saying they want verification again, I did as they ask and still i haven’t heard From them.

Desired outcome: I just want my redemption, I don’t know what to do and I’ve been just checking my account everyday waiting for them to complete the payment.

I'm going through something similar with them. I redeemed $10,000 after winning a Grand jackpot, but I haven't received any correspondence regarding it. I requested a check by mail. I noticed that my email address was incorrect, so I asked them to update it. The only thing I have received is a confirmation that they received my request, but nothing else. I'm so mad at myself for playing so much money with them and this is how they treat you when it's time to redeem. Where can you see your pending redemptions? I checked my entire account and don't see it anywhere.

It's terrible. The app is severely flawed. Whenever I

get a bonus the app cuts out and goes to home screen. And that's pretty sleepy. People that pay actual money are getting ripped off. Oh maybe that is you're whole intention. I personally have been screwed out of at least 30 bonus rounds.

Maybe this is funny to you. I think millions of players are not laughing

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Unauthorized charges

I was using Winstars Social Casino which is a virtual based on points and not real money. I only played 2 eGames, The Ugly Duckling and Smashing Sevens, both showed GreenTube when loading. I am pretty certain it was on the Smashing Sevens that I got charged on three different occasions because I remember seeing flash across the screen saying I did not have enough to make bet or something like that. It did not stay there long. I wasn't too concerned because I showed I had more than enough coins and this is not played with real money anyway.

On July 9, 2023 approx. 8:00 am I was playing this eGame while waiting on a shower. I had tried to use my Venmo credit card later that day and it was declined. I then looked at transactions and saw that there were 3 charges by High 5 Games, $100, $100 and $50. They basically left me broke and I was traveling from Riverside CA to Phoenix, AZ. I had to call and borrow money for gas.

I called Winstar Social Casino and they told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I tried to do that but the card company said I have to cancel that card and a new one would be mailed to me. I cannot cancel this card until I get back to Texas, I have to use it while on the road working and won't be back home until July 17, 2023 and will at that time. I complained about them making my card information they have on file available to other companies such as High 5. I plan on calling the gaming commission about this kind of practise.

The charges were in pending status but are know complete and show the three charges, $100, $100 and $50 for July 10, 2023 11:08 PM. and the money needs to be returned to me. I see this company already has pending litigation but don't want to contact them, just want my money back.

Desired outcome: Please refund my money, total charges of $250.

High 5 Games / High 5 Casino Receiving PAYOUT

I was promised a payout of 100.00 which is the minimum amount for a payout. I emailed back and forth with someone from high 5 casino and they told me it would be 72 hours for my payout. It has been that long and more and now they are completely ignoring me. I have screenshots. This has been going on since June 17th 2023. It is currently June 19th 2023. I really need the money, I’m currently unemployed and in desperate need of money!

Desired outcome: I just want my 100.00. I need that money to feed my family, I’m 100% serious!

I made numerous in app purchases for sweepstake coins, because they advertise that you can use your sweepstake coin winnings as cash or gift cards. Between 05/24/23-05/27/2023 I spent a total of $670 in sweepstake coins, and had winnings on 05/27/23 over $1200. I made numerous attempts to redeem my earnings as both cash as well as gift cards. I have been unable to do either. After emailing, calling, and messaging through their app to resolve the issue, I have been unable to reach anyone. Although, they claim to have customer support available 7 days a week I still recieved no response either.

Earlier today, I redeemed $200 in sweep coins. It canceled, but then it took it out again and said that it was a success but also it took out an additional $35 that I was still playing with. I didn’t approve of the additional $35 to be taken out. I also want to know how long it will take for the process to go through, and also where it’s being cashed to because I didn’t fill out my address or my bank account information.
