Cookwell & Co. Escabeche-Style Salsa - We fell in love with this salsa a few years back when you sold it in OUR HEB here in Schertz. The you stopped stocking it here in Schertz. We were told that you carried it in your warehouse, so we had a case brought into OUR HEB as a special that we drew off of for a couple of months, then the case disappeared. I wish the company had a no smoking policy on the premises. The company is always promoting health and fitness but they allow their employees to smoke by the entrance of the store. I dont understand how that is ok??? For non-smokers with small children I just can't understand how management allows it. No one likes to inhale all that second hand smoke as you are walking in to the store. Feeling so annoyed!!!...

Taylor TX is a small town. I only have one choice where to buy my groceries. I did buy at HEB for many years before moving to Taylor. Recently I have been quite disturbed at the enormous rise in prices for routine food items. A couple of years ago when they began to rise we were told it was due to the increasing cost of gasoline causing transportation to cost more. However, in the past few months gasoline prices have started going down. The cost of food continues to go up. Why? I went with my two children to HEB on Marbach Rd. in San Antonio, Tx for groceries at night. During checkout I noticed that I forgot the drinks so I sent my son for the sodas. This was actually his first time there so he did not know where the sodas were located. Rude Customer service. Just today I was stopped first at Self-service counter by their operator as she said I did not pay for cherries, I told I did but she checked anyway and then left without apolozing after she found them that I already paid fo it. I am simply tired of the rude obnoxious way HEB stores are operated. The employees usually clog the aisles sometimes stocking shelves other times simply gossiping.
Today, as has happened too many times, I selected several items and went to check out. As is usual a "partner" came and yanked my cart out of the line and told me to go to another cashier half way across the store. In the past I have attempted to argue but today was I simply left the cart and left. I attempted to lodge a couple of complaints but could not find any one interested....

I took a bottle of shampoo back to HEB because I felt I had been charged the wrong price. I did not have my receipt with me but I did have the shampoo. Tbe clerk checked her computer for "movement" on the item at the time I said I was in the store. The computer said there had been no movement on that item. The clerk then handed me back the shampoo and said "i dont know how you got this out of the store but you did not pay for it." I assured her I had the receipt at home. I went back a couple of days later with my receipt, which of course proved there was movement on the item...

I went to HEB on Bellaire location on Monday 10/17/2011. I have been rush to stop by that HEB late at night around 11:15 pm just to get a can of milk for my daughter. I give my credit card for my husband to pay for it and he swipe card only 1 time for 1 can of milk is 16.68. But 2 day later I check my credit card online and I find out they charge me 2 time $16.68 at the same day. I go to the store said that I need to talk to manager. While shopping at heb Business center noticed an employee who was very rude and unprofessional to customers and other employees alike. I assume she was in a managerial position because of the type of role she portrayed. I have always admired HEB's customer service and the good service the managers and employees. I was at the self check out and it didn't print my receipt so I went up to the front desk and asked for a receipt. She was like " oh, ok" and just walked away to help another customer. She came back and said it will take a WHILE, are you sure you want it?" I was like yeah, i just said that. I thought it would take 10 minutes maximum but I waited for 20 minutes! She was so useless. If she doesn't get fired, i will never come to HEB ever again. Her name is Wendy. She clearly does not know what she's doing and needs to be replaced....

Every time we buy tomatoes, zuchinni / squash, and sometimes even onions and peppers the cashiers charge us for the most expensive option. For example we buy salad tomatoes, the 2nd cheapest type of tomato there, and they charge us for tomatoes on the vine - a 50% increase in price! We even have the stickers on these items and they over charge us. It happens far too often to be a simple mistake, and that they charge you for the most expensive item available is even more suspicious.

Also there are plenty of times you don't get give a sale price, or the wrong price is in front...

I ordered a birthday cake for my mom and picked it up on 1/9/10 at 2:30pm CT at the HEB on 201 N FM 685 in Pflugerville, TX.

When I picked it up, the lady in the bakery department was quite anxious about me opening the box and looking at the cake, saying why are you opening it, don’t open it. I work for another company in the same building where HEB has its corporate office (unfortunately). I've been having a problem with a security employee (a large, tall black man). I don't recall his name, but this issue has been going on for a while.
Some months ago, he saw me playing music outside, and asked if I would go to his house and teach him to read music. I refused. Since then, he has been very short with me whenever I see him.

HEB has a deceptive coupon practice. The HEB coupon policy states that you can combine a yellow in store coupon with a manufacturers coupon. However, it also states that you cannot combine a yellow in store coupon with the letter M on it with a manufacturers coupon. This is deceptive. What they do is entice you to buy a product that has the yellow coupon and when you get to the checkout and hand them your manufacturers coupon they won't accept it. Yes, we have discussed issues regarding your location. I am very frustrated. Cashier errors are one factor. But, I still strongly believe your store location has inconsistent good customer service levels. I do not feel we are valued customers. We are not difficult shoppers, but do appreciate maybe seeing a smile or two when we go shopping for everyday grocery needs.
