ive filled four complaints against the pharmacy in general. The last complaint which was made because the main pharmacist in charge was on vacation so, of course there was another "temp pharmacist". I came in 1 day before my refill was due and as the pharmacy technician like always has to ask the pharmacist "temp" at this moment and its a C2 controlled substance. CVS Pharmacy - Virginia - 10 pills short on prescribed amount

I had three medications filled on 9/23/2014 with one of them being Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 Qty: 30. When I picked these up they put the 3 prescriptions in a plastic bag and handed them to me. II didn't inspect them individually so I had no idea the Oxycodone was short before leaving the pharmacy. Since I didn't need any of these meds right away, they sat stapled in their bags and inside t plastic bag in my bedroom for about 27 hours. When I opened the paper bags the following evening on 9/24/2014 I noticed the bottle of Oxycodone was too light to have 30 pills. I opened the bottle...

Shortage of Phenobarbital required to STOP LIFE THREATENING Seizures. Of course this is a Controlled substance, so early refills are not allowed. My last pick-up was June 22, 2014 for a 30 day supply. I called in the next refill on July 18, 2014 for pick-up on July 19th. I was told that I could not pick-up the refill until July 22nd (30 days from previous). Guess what, I do not have enough pills left to make it to July 22nd. Was I shorted? I believe that I was. My doctor wrote two Rx one for 20 tablets plus 6 refills one for 90 tabs 6 refills of a different med. When I go to pick it up the lady hands me a bottle for 20 tabs and 5 refills. I point out the discrepancy and say this script is for 6 refills, then they proceed to tell me that they feel 6 is too many refills, and the most they will give me is 5. The Pharmacy changed my prescription to a generic in lieu of the Brand name without telling me (The Customer) even though I had a no changes or no generic drug statement listed in my account. CVS stated that it is a more expensive product so I asked them to charge me the additional costs. Instead, CVS changed the dosage amount from a 30 day supply to a 15 day supply without any notification to me (The customer) or my doctors office. This would cause additional trips to the drug store and additional co-pays to the insurances. When confronted, CVS provided an additional 15 day supply at my next re-fill....

It would be nice to actually have a pharmacist that cares about their employees and customers again. I have never been treated the way I get treated now. Everytime we are busy it seems to be too much for our PIC. He will tell you to do something one way then later why are you doing it that way. Do it this way. From the Redlands Mall CVS, I bought a bottle of red wine, a merlot. My first drink was really odd, then I tried it again and unfortunately there was no doubt that it was spoiled and rancid. I have had several bottles of this exact wine purchased from this store and I know it is an excellent wine. That certainly ruined an evening at home after work as I was expecting a good taste from that bottle of wine and ended up pouring at the foul tasting liquid.

Went in for a flu shot and was I in for a rude awakening. Before going to the pharmacy, I contacted my insurance co., UHC to make sure it would be covered at this location and they insured me it would be covered as long as they billed it under my medical. I recently learned that an employee at my local CVS had been written up because they failed to receive an X amount of email required of them by the company. I have become close with this employee because I do a lot of my photography there and this person is really helpful and kind to me everytime I go there she has watched my grandchildren grow up through my photos. I worked approx 40 hours in August 2012 as an overnight supervisors and was not paid. I have been to the store and spoken to several managers and employees over the phone but they have given me the run around and have not resolved my complaint or mailed my check. On Thursday, Feb. 7, I drove through the drive-thru pharmacy service window. After waiting 15 minutes, I was allowed to put my prescription slips into their tube that delivers the prescriptions to the pharmacy tech. cvs is selling prescription drugs they buy in foreign countries. I use zovirax. It came from India. The tube is so bad, I can't squeeze the product out. I should be on Crestor but I had a reaction from 10mg. In the past I've taken 40mg. with no side effects. This 10mg. product came from Belgium. These are 2 examples. I can give you 10. I was told it is illegal for drugstores to buy from foreign countries. I'm going to contact the FDA and everyone else I need to stop this from continuing. Safeway does this with drugs also. I got a flu shot from CVS Pharmacy this Thursday around 6:30 pm. The Pharmacist who administrated the vaccine used a small alcohol pad. He took the wipe and made 1 narrow small swipe with the alcohol pad used on my left deltoid. Then he removed both of his hands (for a minute) away from my shoulder and then he gave me the vaccine in my shoulder.


I don't see how he was able to find the spot where he swiped my shoulder with the alcohol pad before he injected the vaccine. I know that the staph bacteria on the skin should not get into the...

Had a prescription called in for antibiotic for strep throat. Went to pick up medication, and started taking this. This was on Wednesday, on Monday called doctor to complain about not getting better, read the prescription bottle and found out that CVS gave someone elses medication to me. The medication given was for high blood preasure and water retention and has warnings concerning not taking if you have liver or kidney which of course I have.

Really not a very dependable company anymore for service you can trust, and the side effects are hitting hard from the wrong medications....

I filled my prescription early Friday morning. By the time I went to pick it up in the evening the pharmacist told me it was on back order and that I either needed to wait until Monday when it comes in or call my doctor until I get a new prescription. It was Friday and no doctor I see is in on Saturday. This was a medication I takee daily and is dangerous yo just stop abruptly. I am LIVID and plan on takeing this complaint further!! Why couldn't one of the many people working in the pharmacy take a minute to inform a customer of such an important fact about their medicine...giving ample time...

the pharmist was very rude, told me on phone, he gave my meds to someone else, cause, i wasn't there to get them, when in fact, I told a lady I had talked to Iady and told her I would get them at end of month, he argued with my boy friend, puting him on hold and not returning to phone, all my meds accept the tricor were ready for pickup, wen I transfered them, cause of how he was beaing, i found I had to wait for my synthroid cause he told them he didnt have it there, when in fact he told me it was there, I'm so sick of beaing lied to Im never doing business there again....

Every month on same allergy prescription to refill and they @ CVS pharmacy had to call my allergy dr for same thing over and over each month on same allergy prescription. I had to go back 3 times this month due not have my allergy refill as they promised on certain date for my refill. And I did call first to confirm, when I got there and they told me not have any. Wasted my time and gas for 3 trips this month....
