order never received! they just took my money.
I placed my order April 20th. Two pairs of thigh high tights and two garter belts. Almost a month passed and I hadn't heard anything from them besides the initial order placed email. Emailed them asking when my order would be shipped on May 15th. They emailed me back on May 17th saying that my order would be shipped in 2 business days and that I'd receive an email with tracking information. It's June 5th! I made my order over 6 weeks ago and have received nothing, and never got an email saying it had been shipped! Never again will I shop at this website!

Forget about this terrible scam website! I did not read any reviews before I made my order and I regret that.
Ordered $200 worth of product from BigGalsLingerie website two months ago and did not received anything yet and I really doubt I ever will. I contacted customer service and they said the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! They said that they were not able to refund me because a lot of time passed since I made my order. What kind of joke is that? They never delivered my stuff and refused to refund me! I hate this website more than anything! Don't order from them!
Awful quality and seller refuses to refund
Don’t buy from the website www.biggalslingerie.com. I ordered lingerie and corset from them, but the quality was the worst. I decided to return the order back and all tags were on the items, but the seller refused to provide refund, ‘coz he told me that I used these items, but it was total lie. The seller is awful and better don’t deal with this jerk. Waste of money. As well as post comments about your things with this company.
