I received email from Bethea and registered for her emal horoscope and started getting weekly readings. I dicided to test her reading, so I registered with three different names (in addition to the one I already restered) with three different birth date, birth time and place of birth from three other email adresss ( good thing we can create as many email address as we want using yahoo, gmail etc). Funny thing is that I gets the same reading and offers from her to all four email address that I used. Is it possible that people with four different birth dates, birth time and place of birth can have the same reading week after week???. Now make your conclusions.
I keep on getting e-mails from the above listed person stating that I have a bad aura around me and if I don't purchase the item that she is informing me to purchase, my chances for love, health, and money will vanish. All she ever does is wants me to purchase what she has to change my status of living. This is one of the e-mails that I have received from the above psychic. APRIL 17TH, 2011 COULD CHANGE YOUR DESTINY FOREVER AND FINALLY BRING YOU WEALTH AND HAPPINESS! I was examining the astrological energies on April 17th, 2011 and how they will affect us, and literally, like a bolt from...
I had purchased an item from Bethea Jenner in July 2010 on her promise of receiving a refund, if the product does NOT live up to its promises or even without a reason, if I am dissatisfied with the product, I could return it within 60 days and claim refund. I have henceforth returned the item in Sep 2010 and am waiting for the refund till date. I have persistently followed up with her (and her staff), including contacting her by phone to remind her about the refund. However, I have been unsuccessful in receiving my money till date. Off-late, I have also noticed that the promotional emails that...
I have been receiving several emails per week with different trinkets that I should purchase. I have always been cautious about internet purchases; especially those I did not inquire about. I am a spiritual person and I obtain information from all. However, when I began receiving emails daily with bracklets, necklaces and other "lucky" charms that promised me wealth, happiness and success I knew it had to be a scam. Each day when I would see a new trinket I would say, "how many do I need" in order to obtain this good fortune that she says is coming my way. Any spiritual person knows that there...

I had placed this order on Oct 22 2008 and I was informed by one of Bethea's assistants that I would receive the product...
I folishly ordered 1 thing from Bethea Jenner. I came home today to find she had sent the next "mythical gift". I didn't order this or authorize my credit card be charged, but it was. Where is Bethea Jenner's customer service number? Has anyone had any luck in getting these shipments stopped? Or will I need to cancel my credit card so the won't happen again?
If you want advice on how to get your money back from Bethea Jenner and co, the Rip Off Revenge website suggests the following:
"Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.
According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following...
I have been spammed by them for at least 2 years. All they want is your money. They were "seeing" all kinds of things in my future, all I had to do was to urgently send them $$ so they can give me the exact dates for me to act "before it too late". I happen to know the astrology a little myself, so I knew right away that all their statements are total crap. I am surprised they are still in operation. I would think the cops would get them long time ago.
Around April 08, when I was convalescing from major surgery, I received and e-mail from astrologer Bethea Jenner with a 'special health forecast.' She offered a health good luck piece for FREE. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, so I ordered it. Guess when you're sick you get desperate and stupidity rises.
When I received the piece I had to laugh. It was the most absurd crystal star with a wannabe silk atrocious square, 5 cheap coloring pencils and a paper with the same horrendous art. Guess she wanted me to color it. Perhaps my sign is supposed to be mentally challenged...
Re: Bethea Jenner: I signed up to her 'service' a few months ago and nothing she said rang true. I had just split up with my boyfriend of five years and was feeling low or I might not have been taken in. What a waste of money that was. Bethea Jenner sucks people in when they are feeling desperate. Either she believes she can see into the future in which case she's one delusional old biddy or she is ripping us off with the pretence. Look at her photo on her website - that's one fake smile for sure. And she is attempting to saturate the internet with her glowing testimonials too. More are added every day it seems, like a kid faking her own school report card.
The email you people might want is this: firstname.lastname@example.org." This is not limited to those only living in the UK, for the reason that UK based perpetrators of this crime indiscriminately distribute their scam letters and emails to inbox addresses all over the world." It is essential that the entire email, including the header information, is emailed as an attachment to the above address.
Hi I'm new to this place. I received one of those mails from this character, which I find intrusive in the first place, so checked her out online. I notice she has a long history at Yahoo and has posted some stuff about herself there. She has written "Are all these Bethea Jenner testimonials and blogs real?" and then answered her own question including one answer by 'Sunshine' (what an inappropriate name to have picked) saying how touching the testimonials are. They seem to me to be touching for a different reason from the one she says. They are actually pathetic. They're...
I've been on this board for several weeks now, looking at all the complaints, posting my email address and customer service number in the U.S., AND emailing people who have complained.
Some people have got in touch with my customer service, and I have duly addressed their concerns. Thank you for that.
However, many people simply continue to post on this board without getting in touch with my customer service. This leads me to believe that they are not interested in having their problem taken care of. Perhaps they don't really have a problem at all, and simply want to...
I subscribed to this service, thinking that they could offer me some information, but after I ordered this 'Horn of Plenty' pendant, and never received it, I began to wonder if this was really something of worth. I got taken once, but NEVER again. They are nothing more than cruel opportunities, who think that they can use some sort of secret power they pretend to have to take hard working peoples money.
Thank you to the handful of you who have gotten in touch with me through this site. My customer service will be in touch with you to help sort out your concerns with orders, refunds, returns, etc. I urge all of you who still have outstanding problems with my customer service to contact me via email or telephone below. I know many of the comments here are written more out of frustration than any spite. So please get in touch so we can sort this out.
I can be reached via email at email@example.com, or via the post at the address below.

Ordered 1 only silver cross. Subsequently received 4 others not requested together with silver chains. Now noticed on Credit card account that I have been charged $31.90 per month since December 07 - total of $191.40 / £96.91. I feel stupid not to have noticed this before, but have now emailed Bethea Jenner and have closed/cancelled credit card. I feel sure I wont be getting the promised refund (although she did once replace a tarnished bracelet) so will keep the crosses and accept the charges with regret. But no more.
I checked my online bank account last night and I noticed a charge on my account for $49.95. I did not order anything from this company. I ordered from them before, but I did not order anything from the yesterday. I am in dispute with this charge through the bank. This company has illegally tampered with my bank account. They are sos mart not to place a telephone number in the their sites. I emailed them immediately last night and I still have not heard from them. If anyone knows a telephone number to contact this company please post it. I would appreciate that...
I am deeply disturbed that there should be people who have been paid to write such mean things about me, and I'm equally shocked that my personal details have been put on the Internet. All I want to do is to help people. It's obvious that my readings are not for everyone, but they have helped many, many people. I would like to address bitterness that people here have shown in these posts: please contact my customer service if you have any difficulties
For the record, I have many, many satisfied customers. And those who are not satisfied by my service or products can get their money...
Bethea Jenner has proven our point by responding: these fake testimonials are posted by her, written in broken English to appear more convincing. It was obvious anyway that they were made up and added to the site by her and she has finally admitted that she has posted the ‘satisfied customer’ responses herself. There are thousands of complaints from people all over the internet, people who’ve had money illegally removed from their bank accounts by Bethea Jenner and Rochelle Gordon. This site is not lacking in balance. It reflects their activities accurately. Google the name...
